How bad would it look on NASCAR if Kyle Busch did end up winning the championship after missing nearly 25% of the season due to injury though?
I'd bet NASCAR and the media will spin that into a big positive narrative about a driver that rallied into the playoffs and "won" the championship.

I can see the casual fans buying right into that, unfortunately.

Me and a buddy tried to go to the truck race last night, took twice as long (2 hours) to get there because of rush hour and weather. Just about to turn in the track when they called it and postponed.

It was a nice 3 hour drive in the rain for nothing. At least I got catch up with a friend I don't get to see much.

Postponed for this morning but I couldn't make it and my friend has to work, so that race is a bust. Going with my Dad later to the XFinity race.

Due to the lack of competition in my area, I only have access to time warner cable or satellite providers. I would have never heard of xfinity if they weren't sponsoring the series.
Of course, it doesn't matter, since I can't possibly get their service here.

At this point, bringing back Busch beer as the series sponsor is more logical than a cable TV provider not many people know of. 💡
Okay
Busch beer isn't sponsoring the series because they decided against renewing their sponsorship nearly 10 years ago now, not because NASCAR told them to get out.

NASCAR is awful. Nobody does anything right. This sport sucks. Everything is wrong and nothing compares to the racing 20 years ago.
;)

That sweet sound, always played in this fashion:

They really should've pre-recorded the national anthem about a year ago for this guy to mime, it would've took that long to tune it into something good.
