Edwards!

Carl earned that one.

A lot of tracks don't need a second race, I think the short tracks may deserve more looking at the race and who all's in the top 10.

I mentioned earlier in the week that I would end Kyle's dominance by putting him on my fantasy team, and I did. I didn't expect to bring him this much bad luck.
I guess I'm to blame for Kenseth's luck today.

Honestly I'm just surprised Junior was able to drive all the way back to second, same way I was surprised he finished second last race as well. As for Carl, his wins are so spread apart you can tell his back flip landings suffer.

I see "that talentless hack and disgrace to the #24" Chase Elliott finished 4th in today's race. What a terrible driver! ;)
That talentless hack doesn't deserve his current spot in the Chase either and is still a disgrace to the 24 too. ;)

On a more serious note, both Chase and Ryan look to be potential Chase contenders at the rate they are going. I wouldn't be shocked if one or both winds up winning a race either this year or next year with how consistent they have both been so far.

I know I must be missing something here...inside joke maybe or something as I see you, among others, taking these "playful" jabs at this driver on a weekly basis. :boggled: I only ask because Chase is my favorite up and coming driver behind Busch and Stewart. He will take Stewarts place as my second favorite driver once Tony retires. So please, clue me in on the joke here.

Some people on this forum believe that Chase Elliot doesn't deserve to drive the #24, or drive in the Sprint Cup at all for that matter.

I think "Certain person" would be the two words your looking for ;)

So apparently one fan that had hot pass in today's race did not use her head.

If there is one thing I've learned from time at MIS, Summit Mortorsports Park (NHRA), and a multitude of local events, its that you can never underestimate the stupidity of some people that attend the events. It's especially bad at Summit because the pits are so full of golf carts and people and there are ton of stupid spectators and golf cart operators. I lost count of how many near golf cart- golf cart wrecks I saw when I was there alone- that isn't even getting into the nearly uncountable amount of golf cart- people near collisions either.

Like I said a coupe posts ago- You can never underestimate the stupidity of people that attend races. In Kyle's case, he just unfortunately found such an example the hard way. Not Kyle's fault that an idiot decided to try to take a selfie in a live area of the infield with a damaged and compromised car trying to navigate through the same live area. I bet she'd complain if she got hit by Jr.'s car if he wrecked, too.
