NBC needed something to say was close so they showed the finish for Third. INB4 Fox News thinks thats the finish.

Joey gets a top 5 with the AARP crew all around him. This one was a real joke. Biff and Smoke top 5 and Ogre and Crashhouse in the top 10

He basically criticized his pit crew and said there's no way they're gonna win a championship if stuff on pit road like today keeps going on.
Well. Can't really blame him. His pit crew has been crappy as long as I can remember.

Thing is, hasn't he done that to literally every crew he has had? (RCR, KHI, JRM, SHR)

Well how does it work in the past? I don't think they stripped wins, have they? They just penalised the winner like 50 points. But what would that do, seeing that that means nothing with the "win and you're in" deal.

I've never really understood post race inspection. Yeah, the team may pull some bodywork away that NASCAR doesn't like or something that they can see from their pit cameras, but it's a moving car; parts are bound to move and come loose. If it passes pre-race inspection, unless the team did something, how does it not pass post-race inspection?

As much as I root for JGR, just give Tony his 50th win, NASCAR!

They'll do that, NASCAR doesn't strip wins.

Tony wouldn't want his 50th win to come like this either. Ideally, he'd probably like it next week at Indy or to win the Championship at Homestead

In general post race inspection is stupid. (all series/championships/disciplines)

If he didn't have a win yet it would be quintessential to let him in :p
