I wouldn't call it false(just highly questionable) as I wasn't there to know what was or wasn't heard. I will say it's shoddy reporting though.

The silence from Chip Ganassi racing,Sage's sponsors,and his driver coach Dario is deafening. The only one talking is Sage who talked to Curt Cavin and gave this.

What are they supposed to be saying? The mob has already ruled their verdict and nothing they say will change that, so they might as well keep their mouths shut.

Sage is a dunce...the only way that crash would be "life threatening" would be if somebody dug a massive hole to China or put anti-tank mines in the grass.

I think the only realistic way it could have gotten ugly is if the car had stopped on the racing line and one of the other drivers wasn't paying attention (thankfully the most likely driver to do that was already spinning).

I'm okay with NOLA being out honestly. It looked like some tarmac laid out in the middle of the woods. There was barely any seating. It looks like a glorified karting track. It's not a world class facility. IndyCar can do better.

I kind of feel the same way about Milwaukee. I know it's a popular traditional track, but the cars look so slow around that track compared to Iowa (which is a brilliant race) and Texas. I wish they could add Michigan back to the series.

The whole Gossage-IndyCar relationship is one of the things that I feel is holding IndyCar back. You're supposed to get tracks to jump through as many hoops as possible to get a race and they do for the most part, yet for some reason Eddie doesn't seem to have to do anything to get his race. It's probably also a big reason more tracks aren't willing to play ball with IndyCar.
 
He even threw a tantrum when "his" NASCAR race at his track was scheduled the same weekend as the inaugural COTA F1 GP.

Its great to see Road America back on the calandar! However there needs to be numerous safety improvements to the circuit.

The straight coming down to turn 5 needs have more spacing between the catchfence and the track, as there was a horrific incident with a Ferrari series there earlier this year.

Turn 11 needs to have a runoff area, in its current form, the high speed turn has solid concrete barriers right next to the pavement. If they can't add runoff in time, then the chicane needs to be used as turn 11 is way too dangerous in it's current form for Indycars.

Finally, the concrete barriers should be replaced with guardrails or SAFER barriers in the high speed sections.

Better safe than sorry... if the chicane is not used, there needs to be plenty of runoff.

The partial schedule seems very cool. If they could, how about some old school Indy/Champ car loving- go back to Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland. I actually wouldn't mind seeing that airport runway host racing again with these cars. Will it happen? Probably not. I have NO problem with Road America returning to IndyCar.

Pcars or FM6? There is only around 6 of them in FM6 that I know of,
