It may've been changes to the underside or smaller elements, but the overall exterior looks the same.
 
I think they dropped it after teams didn't want to pay the extra for them.

It's basically a back-and-forth between getting them for 2014 and not bothering with them at all. The big teams that can afford to manufacture parts (Penske Racing, Target Chip Ganassi Racing and Andretti-Green Autosport) are in varying degrees of favor for individual aeronautical kits; The rest of field? Not so much...
 
Mike Conway has found a full-time ride! Granted, not where I would have hoped...

Pretty solid first race I'd say. I'm waiting for Will Power to turn up the wick on the ovals this year and take the whole thing.
 
Barber Motorsports Park looks interesting and challenging. It should be a good race.
 
Will anybody be in attendance at the Long Beach Grand Prix? A few friends of mine and I are going.
