Looks like fresh tyres are a huge benefit for Vettel to have stayed close enough to be able to turn DRS into an overtake, since Hamilton couldn't get around Verstappen in a similar situation back in Australia.

That was an incredible overtaking manoeuvre by Vettel!
 
I think that's the first overtake for the lead of the race this season too...
