The camera in the kerb looking onto Eau Rouge is just awesome. It really shows just how fast the cars are going.

Daddy Jos just gave an interview. "it is not the right moment now to ask if Max thinks to moving to another team next year".
Also Jos said this is not acceptable from a top team. Almost becoming a joke

Lewis' tires are cooling back down.

Vettel's window of opportunity seems to have closed.

That Ferrari simply doesn't have enough top end to stay with the Merc going up the hill.

There was word that Bottas was running low downforce, but it might be both Mercs are running lower downforce than the Ferraris.

They trimmed the front on both cars for better speed.

Seems like they got that balance perfect.

So:

Ham - historic race for him. Now just one win away from equalizing with Vettel
Vet - Good job. Just didn't have enough car
Ric - SHOOOOOOOOEEEEEEEYS TONIGHT!

Aw. So Danny's sworn off the shoeys?

So many raised shoes in the crowd! :D

Expect that by next race, Seb and Lewis will equalize, after that, it all comes down to who has more unlucky races or retirements.

Lewis will win the title imo, the car has way too much qualifying advantage and basically requires some team foul play to allow vettel to get ahead in the race it seems equal though but it's much harder to pass.

On Max I can't remember a time a driver has had this many mechanical DNFs compared to a team mate without having a left over sperm car for a second driver.

Max should be frustrated but perspective is needed as the other car has been reliable so surely an answer will come soon.

Either way it's crazy how Ricciardo seems to get the best possible result nearly every race he completes.

And Perez is getting close to a manslaughter charge if this keeps going.

Good race,
Also good to see a re - match of Australia between Alonso & Ocon & Hulk.

As for Max.... Maybe he's driving in a way that causes those issues for the engine.... Just maybe.

In the mean time this 'theory' has been denied. Not possible to overdrive your material. Still a lot to analyse by RBR half team and execs

So, after that long break, still status quo:

Max still has rotten luck.

Alonso still carries that car way past where it belongs, right before the lack of power lets him down.

Kimi is still Kimi.

Bottas still lacks the killer instinct needed to win battles.

Ricciardo still has it. He just doesn't have the car to win races.

Perez is still an absolute idiot. Force India has to do something about that.

Well-deserved drive of the day for Lewis. Excellent pace. Excellent car management. Excellent defense on cold soft tires.

Vettel. So close, and yet so far. There's no doubt the Ferrari is the slower car here, but that he stayed so close is a feat in and of itself.

Where is this not possible? Because if this is a general not possible, I can show you quali from yesterday proving it is.
