Further to this I read today that TAG Group (the owner/operator of Hamilton's jet) are fully carbon-neutral. I then looked to see if Mercedes F1 were but couldn't find an answer. However, given that several other F1 teams already are I wouldn't be surprised.

Still, as you say, Hamilton still leads a pretty carbon-hungry lifestyle.
