Its a joke that it took this long for them to look into the 31. Just because they have the cutout in the wall doesnt mean that they have a special exemption.

Well they could just make them do what every other car in the pits has to do, fix it.
 
Does anybody else see a car going down into turn 1 about to be hammered in the back by somebody who has left their breaking impossibly late only for it to turn out to be its own shadow.
