It's asking so much to make Reynolds make that decision while being physically and mentally drained. The tean should make the call, you can tell he's too far gone to make the decision himself

He's also not thinking straight, whenever they ask him a question on the radio he sort of mumbles and waffles on about "oh, I dunno..." "maybe..."

Put Luke in the car and let him nurse it home. Maybe they can salvage a solid podium.

This is one of the harder ones to watch, he worked so hard and he just had a really tough time. This shows that this type of stuff isn't easy at all.
