Premier League referee David Coote has been suspended after a video circulating on social media shows him calling former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp a ****, he also says he hates scousers.

If your wondering what the expletive is, its the C word.

The video is from a few years ago, apparently, and he looks absolutely off his box.

Now we just need footage of Michael "The Emiratis Lend Me A Penthouse While I'm Refereeing Over There" Oliver doing something similar.

For all the guff whinebags at the top of international football give the UEFA Nations League, San Marino winning promotion to the third tier is proof that it does work for the smaller nations; this year alone they've tripled the number of games they have ever won.

It is healthier for the likes of San Marino and Liechtenstein to play each other more frequently. Luxemburg have vastly improved over the past few years the same way.

Steve Cooper is the new Leicester head coach.

Another Champions League night, another Liverpool win. Real Madrid were completely brushed aside last night, with Conor Bradley bossing Mbappe about all night. Real seemed to solve their "Vini and Mbappe play only good in the same place on the pitch" problem by having one injured, but the damage has been done to the team which looks unbalanced at the moment. Mbappe and Salah both missed Penalties which was a shocker from both.

2-0 moves Liverpool to the top again, only team with a 100% record and now guaranteed to qualify from the group stage. Inter Milan and Atalanta are the only other teams not to have lost a match yet.

Bayern Munich find themselves 13th, Man City are 17th, while languishing down in 24th are defending champions Real Madrid, one place ahead of PSG

RB Leipzig, Slovan Bratislava and Young Boys are currently still sat on 0 points after 5 losses.

3 rounds to go in the Champions League and a lot to play for, we're going to have some big scalps pretty soon unless the big teams sort out their form.

With van Nistelrooij set to take over. Quite surprised he'd take that job to be honest.
The timing of the sacking and appointment makes me think this was an opportunity to be the first team to get Ruud after an OK showing with that awful current Man U side.

I'm happy for Ruud at Leicester and I hope he does well there. Its going to be pretty interesting to see how he does though.

And Coventry getting Lampard... which...

Oh joy, now we can add "Lampard's Coventry" alongside "Rooney's Plymouth"... 🥴

(Why do BBC sport feel that any time the "Golden Generation" goes into management they suddenly become the de-facto owners of the club...)

"Wait, you're giving us the World Cup then we have to change what we do? We don't have to change first?"

Stupid, corrupt maggots. There are bacteria with more spine than this.

The Hipster Champions League Copa Libertadores final was yesterday; Botafogo defied the odds by beating favourites Mineiro 3-1 despite Botafogo receiving a straight red in the second minute. It's the first time they've ever won the Copa Libertadores.

Man City lose again, beaten by Liverpool 2-0 in the big game of the weekend.

Zero wins in seven games in all comps now, with 19 goals conceded and they drop to fifth, Liverpool's impressive start under Slot continues, 11 points clear at the top.

Very true, it was a good first week under Amorim with a lot of positives but the first big test is tonight away to Arsenal, City away in a couple of weeks to come as well.
