Was discussing the looks of the Hypercars with my brother, he likes the look of all of them (new/upgraded Toyota being his favourite) but then I pointed out he hasn't seen all of them because (as far as I can recall, 40 minutes in) the Peugeots have not featured in the broadcast at all... 😬

I don't remember having commercials on the HBO Max feed last year. I thought it was the regular WEC feed with the TNT sports logo in the upper corner and the occasional analysis break in with Tom Kristensen.
 
3 way fight incoming. That Alpine looks like it has pretty good pace for the current stint.

Yeah it was. They also have a entire selection of timing screens and onboards on the Max app.

You have to get the right stream. I’ve had no adverts in two hours and in 4K via TNT on Amazon Prime. But the TNT3 feed is on the homepage - which is not 4k and has adverts

The Alpine consistently completes one less lap per stint than BMW or Cadillac. That's not very good in the long run.
 
Apparently the tie rod broke on the #92 Manthey Porsche.
 
Lead Toyota now has around an 18 second lead after the 2nd round of stops. They're cooking 🔥🔥

I guess since the WEC introduced their own app, they've pulled their feed from HBO and now we have TNT feed instead. If that's the way it's going to be for the rest of the season that might push me to the WEC app since I have my gaming PC hooked to the 55" tv.
 
A very incident free race so far.

Has me thinking about the overall distance record. Does anyone think the Hypercars have it in them to best the overall laps completed by LMP1?

Last years race was 10 laps away but during the 2010 race there were safety cars. Forecast looks great for the remainder of this years race too
