Those LMP's are very quick in the corners. I would pick something that reaonable in corners but wastes them on the straights. If your good an Enzo or Veyron would be a good call or the Audi R8 road car from the new car dealer fully tuned that rapid, need a good setup though.

No, the Playstation R8 LMS or the Factory ones.

Although the street car sounds like a good challenge.

Le Mans has to be done in a proper LMP car, no question about it. I haven't done it yet, but when I do I'm gonna go for the Team Oreca Matmut Peugeot 908 👍

I've just started the Ring 24hr race and after just over an hour I'm about 37 seconds ahead using the new GT-R touring car (stock) with racing soft tyres. Going to bed now but will get about 4 or 5 hours on it tomorrow at least.
I did try it with a big fat turbo added at first but it was too fast so I restarted the race without it

The road car version or the Fina racing version?[/QUOTE]

Take a look again, its quite clear where both are used.

Several.

A-Spec

24hr Lemans.
1st time X2010.
2nd time Peogeot 908.
3rd time Mclaren F1. What else could this be other than the road version.
4th time R10 TDI Stealth.

24 hr Nurburgring.
1st time Peogeot 908.
2nd time BMW Mclaren GT1 race car. This is the Fina one you refer to
B-Spec
both done in X2010.
.

Mazda Furai Concept - currently 6 hours in, almost continuous rain, and 5 laps ahead.

Top speed is only 210 in the dry on the straight, and in the dry I'm a similar pace to the LMPs in clear air and a couple of seconds faster in traffic (due to better top speed (~230) in slip-stream). Due to the wet conditions however, I'm much faster in racing softs due to grip settings in A-spec.
