2CV and 500F Cup Discussion.

Is everybody OK to do some testing today 7pm GMT I shall set up a server for a bit and we can test the cars and tracks with short races.
 
Sorry, went to change car and my psn kept signing me out, even tried restart and did the same. Looks like its my turn for internet problems.

sorry to hear that racing has been close and good, just to the 2cv up to 105mph around daytona :)
 
Was good fun tonight guys, just watching the replays now, if you did not attend, just to let you know the racing was close , in some cases the the top 3 were separated by .3 of a second.


I am hoping to do this again next week on different tracks with different conditions such as rain and night driving, good to see you all peace out.
 
:yuck: energie went down... too many things on maybe, so I lost connection. Or some ultimate force doesn't like me to see in front...lol:dunce:

Three wide at the finish line at Tsukuba was pretty cool...👍

So was .003 secs between first and second at Autumn Ring...

Overall, Coxbox, I'd say you've got a good concept here. I'm pretty sure everyone had a good time today.

Thanks i do feel like this would a so much fun. I also have an idea, as we have a European asian and american cup, i was thinking of adding a cup for each car so at the end of the season, we can see who is better in each car.

I think that would be a very good idea... so a 500F Cup and a 2CV cup. That is very good. We have the... well: The Championship and five cups now:tup:: America, Asia, Europe, 2CV and 500F:)

And in Indy would be the same if I didn't got disconnected... I think it will be always really close races. Looking good:crazy:

Sounds good, but a "World Champion" would be cool...:)
 
How you thinking to do the points this time? I have some ideas to you to think about:

1- finishing race 1 point (and against me I speak cause I missed some races last series), so instead of beginning from 0 points would begin from 1. Just to prize participation, which is not the same thing as not showing up.

2- detach winner and 2nd place: for example something like this - 1st 10p 2nd 8p 3rd 6p 4th 5p 5th 4p 6th 3p 7th 2p 8th-16th 1p... will not be a good idea if always the same wins but it is fair I think... and since we might have close races.

3- You still thinking to prize best lap with 1p? if so maybe my idea of detaching the winner is not so good... and maybe you could give 1p too to pole position.

Well, just some things to think about and decide what you think it's best

I would like to keep the points simple, just on finishing the race so this sounds good 1st 10p 2nd 8p 3rd 6p 4th 5p 5th 4p 6th 3p 7th 2p 8th-16th 1p

Also pics will be up soon still taking them :)
