Ive never golded any drift events. Is there any guides anywhere. I find it so difficult. Any setup help or anything?

This is one of the first all arounders I've found to work for almost any seasonal TT/DT.

I have more than one or two or three PSN accounts , so having a car that fits to (almost) all requlations saves a lot of time.

Eiger short TT was so much fun with my Audi S4, I got to 1:14:5xx with some minor tuning (sport air filter, sport clutch and flywheel, 35/65 distribution) but I had to do the stage 1 weight loss to get it to 1:13:8xx.

Drift trials golded with my precious AEM S2000 <3

Now, what do I spend my money on, I have 19,9m Cr. in the bank and I'm having a hard time finding cars I want to buy

Well, when i think back (GT 1-4) i am very happy with all the seasonals, i mean
shure they get boring with the time, but if u think its getting boring just switch off
the PS and go out!!

Is it just me or is it quite a bit hard to get a good time on the full Eiger time trial on the dirt? I had such a hard time getting a good run since I was going so slow in hopes I wouldn't slide into the walls and get a red time.

My best and time around was 4:09.xxx in the Subaru Rally car 08 from the NCD. I know I could do a ton better, but I get so paranoid hitting something with such a long course and starting over again. I guess I just need to learn the course better...haven't ran it in a while lol.

I found this too. I set a 4:02 with my Evo Super rally car. I know I could easily get under 4 minutes but found myself being overly cautious. It is a fairly long track so when you make one slight mistake and mess up a good run near the end it is a bit frustrating. Now that I've got the gold I think I'm going to go back to it and see how fast I can go.

I managed to get the gold fairly easily once I learned the track... for the 345hp dirt...

I need to try the Evora again, i have just missed getting the gold twice now...
I know the track, it's the mere fact of barely hitting dirt that kills me every time.

sometimes I swear the cars register far wider than they appear to be...

The Evora makes this TT a lot easier! Got my time from 1:13:xx (Z4 3.0) to 1:10:300 with the Evora and it could be faster with small effort. It is me or the stock gearbox kills this car? I just put the close ratio 6-speed and it was such a great improvement!

Even with the close ratio gear box I don't think I was ever in 6th or possibly even 5th. For best effect get the custom gear box and set the top speed so you max out 6th on the straights. Probably the only way to get sub 1:09.xxx times.

Evora seems to be the car of choice for the Eiger TT if you're gunning for a record. I just used an Audi S3 I had. It'll do a 1:13.5-8 without much trouble (or modifications).

I got an easy gold in my 2nd try on the dirt with Subaru. That' s why i tried Sebastian Leb chalenge in the same stage that i had left it for a long time and i tried for the gold for too ..too many times. I did the challenge with
Subaru with all adds off, but when i'm trying to do the same thing with C4 in Sebastian Leb challenge, it's too difficult for me.
Can anyone help me with what adds to use with C4 in the Leb Challenge?

I was using the Suzuki rally car and got DQ 5 or 6 times in a row for the merest brush of the "wall". I finally drove a nice slow 4:30, took the gold, and called it done. The dirt and snow driving are not my thing.

I did watch the #1 replay just to see what it looked like done right. Holy sideways batman!

I was doing quite well on the K Trail time trial and I tapped the wall on the final dirt corner before going back onto pavement and my time was disqualified.. I haven't had a go since, I guess I'll attempt it again some time today.

Hi.

Anyone got a good setup for the Lancer'03 of the Eiger TT. Currently about 90th with a 3:44.2(something). Had a couple of runs where I was on for a 3:42 but messed the final left-right combination on the tarmac at the end, I'm a dunce I know.

And a big congrats to Ben_GT_1985, 3:35 is simply swish

I have recently made a Lancer Evo super rally tune which i made a couple days before this event, but I drove it with the power limited and it's still pretty good. You can find that here. Also I made a Subaru rally car tune just for this event here. I got 4min exact and drove not very fast just to be able to pass it so I'm thinking any of you who are good rally drivers can achieve much much quicker times. Also if you drive slow you will still get gold with this tune it's easy to drive just don't touch the wall.

I did eiger dirt trial with that premium subaru super-long-name rm'ed and did 3:58. for me, rm'ed cars just seems to handle better then actual real cars

Golded the K Trail with max tuned Honda Element - its better than you might think! Then got 4:12.xxx with Tarmac Rally Car (I can't remember the make). Edit - Mitsubishi

Short track I used RUF 3400 and beat gold time by a second. Nice drive.

trying the 650 pp race with MCLAREN F1 LM

EDIT: very good car , MCLAREN F1 LM + my 40 level BOB , 1st on 4th Lap (instead of MCLAREN F1 LM as usual i got the Jag XJ220 LM and the Ford Falcon)

I'm not into the gravel yet............., but I love the tarmac.
The Eiger short is just one lovely track driving. I made the Gold at second setup with the Golf V. At first it understeered to much. 1.13.331 I think was the time. Broke the gold with the Fiat 500 as well. The Fiat was actually easier then the Alfa GT. Of course my best is with the Evora, closely followed by the R8 4.2.
I don't understand how those fastest ones manage the the speed out from turn two. I'm even there, but then they just dissapear. Closest is 1.3 at 1st split, 2.5 at second, and I have 1.10.3 as best. Thats 3.8 second. But I will try more.
Wonder, anyone making a online race at the short track, with same setup rules as the TT, and then we could race the same kind of cars!!?? Or just free race.........??
