I remember reading an interview with Carroll Shelby where he said his personal favorite was the Cobra, which is why it's still being made. At least the body kits are. If you go to Shelby's webside (www.shelbyamerican.com), you'll see the Series 1 for sale, along with Cobra bodies and parts.

yea, the series one is obviously the best becuase its newer and probably is much more relaible and probably much faster.

the daytona coupe. the cobra is said to have suffered to the vette in aerodynamics.

the series one has about failed.

Dodge drew the first Viper GTS to look like a modern Daytona coupe, really.

notice the color, the stripes, the fuel filler cap, the rear decklid spoiler...

the RT/10 was a modern Cobra, the GTS was a Daytona coupe!
