Nothing. Those tires have something like an /05 aspect ratio. If you get a flat, the car drops 1/2" on that wheel and you never notice.What happens when you get a flat?

Just like Duke said, when you have tires that are that low profile you dont notice a flat at all besides the way the car handles. I have had some low profile tires and one of them went flat in the rear of my 95 Firebird. I couldnt even tell by looking at it.What happens when you get a flat?
