Sad moment for Alpine but not tragic. Furai was indeed the sadest moment in car testing. The only prototype that was based on racing LMP2 chassis and having an NA 3-rotor screaming engine. I hope Mazda makes it again sometime. With 3D-printing being so helpful for such tough to remake shapes it is possible me thinks. Let's hope PD remakes it and puts Furai in GTS as well, this time with the correct sound sample though. It was ready from the GT300 RX7 Amemiya in GT6 and they put a totally wrong one in Furai.
