Must admit, not much of a fan. :indiff:

Shame it doesn't wear deep dish alloys. I owned a Falcon XR8. Guess I can expect an email from Ford, very shortly...

Oh yes, that's how I'd have it wrapped if I were able to buy a GT. I always paint my GTs/GT40s in those colours in games as that's the closest I'll ever get.

Doesn't really suit it, now it's no longer a retro GT40 pastiche. Still. There was always going to be some painted this way at some point.

Simply gorgeous.

Not the color I'd choose.

I knew we'd eventually see Gulf colors on this thing.

Now they just need Martini and Rothman's liveried versions and they'll have a complete set of schemes overused in racing games!

It looks good, but I just can't get interested in the new FGT. Can't quite put my finger on why.

Here's why:

Because the car on the left doesn't look nearly as good as the other two and the matching paint scheme reminds you of that.

I was gonna say the colors looked a bit washed, but judging by danoff’s photo, it’s more in line with the original than the ‘06 car.

Without the thin blue line separating the colours it looks odd. Also the number decal ruins the scheme, shouldn't have a number like in the first shot.

A big issue is how the orange follows the nose line rather than straightening out.
