I just finished mapping a few of these landscapes using Terragen and Blender. Hope you guys like them.

yeah those look really good...if you did use bryce you must have spent along time making the custom terrains because bryce only comes with one or two really realistic terrains...btw the quality is awsome...how long did it take to render? i love how theres sort of like a sea foam on the 3rd picture...nice work ;)

Wow. Any chance of a wallpaper size of those?
I'll see if I can render an image of that size. Might take a while since even at 640x540, they take a while to render.

i have a sepearate computer i have only for rendering that way i can let my animation render and it wont slow my system down...but even at 640*540 it prolly took along time judging by the quality

I made a nice wallpaper for you to use if you'd like. You can take it to photoshop and mess with it to your liking. Enjoy.

Sure, if thats what you want. I'll post more tomorrow afternoon. If you're on then, post yours. We will see who will be the victor. :p

This reminds me of the ending of a particular film trilogy don't want to spoil the ending or anything but if you've seen it you'll understand.

After looking through all of these, I have some comments. They are quite beautiful, but for some reason the contrast is quite off on them. They all look very fuzzed, as if the lens of the pretend camera that you are using with the rendering process, has gotten a huge glare. If there were anyway to fix that, they would be much better.

hey pako, that carrera...the first image you posted in that thread that wasnt modelled in bryce was it? if it is thats damn good

Just imported into Bryce. Bryce 5 is lacking in model support for that kind of detail.

i agree with you but i think youd be surprised with what you can do with bryce :
