What i suggest is that you get the used car list (i found famines the best) click link

and take a few moments to look through because there are some great cars to be had!! If you want to go and blow 4.5 mill on a LMP car then by all means be my guest but there are some gems in the used car sections such as the

Lancia Delta
Vauxhall Lotus Carlton
Volvo Estate ! surprisingly good!
Renault 5 turbo
Fiat Panda - Not fast but certainly good fun
Subaru 22B

Just to name a few. Now you may just want to drive at Warp Speed everywhere but i would reccomend buyin a few 2nd handers, strapping on a few aftermarket items and go and have some fun!!

If you are wanting an LMP, I'd go for the '04 Pescarolo C60. Its as fast as the R8, but the tyre wear is alot better.

Why would one spend money for a car that can be won. Especially when the car costs 4,500,000 Cr. You can buy almost all used cars for that amount

You're doing something seriously wrong then!

An Audi R8 without turbo upgrades & NOS will do 234mph! I ran mine for 24 hours A-spec at Sarthe II. Ran great and went over 234mph several times, think I hit 247mph (draft assisted) at one point. 👍

You need to adjust the gears. And if top speed is what you're after and you're just going round & round the Test Curse, set your downforce as low as possible too.

Tragic waste of 4.5million Cr, buying a car that you can win!

If 300mph is what you were after, a Lotus Esprit 350 or Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 fully modified and tuned correctly will crack the 300mph barrier for a fraction of the 4.5million Cr that you just wasted!

Only 4,500,000 car I've bought is the Pescarolo PlayStation C60/Judd Race Car ('04).
It's a "must have".
You can win the R8, so why bother doing the GTM 5-6 times to buy it?
But if you're very eager, and don't have the time to do an enduro, then go ahead. make up your own mind!
Some people play this game wit a strict agenda and tight "rules", others just for fun.
GTM will give you ~900,000cr in a few minutes.

Is it just me or is this thread rather pointless now? The chap asks us to tell him what to do with his 4.5million so we gave him some pointers, then just does exactly what everybody else said not to do

Wet ones give a better "slap" effect. It also saves you from having to towel it dry first which makes you able to apply the slap faster.
