Proost!(cheers)!

Congratulatios,well done Kossie.
Wau,roman is coming clother and clother to take my place
P21.
@Roman:You brake with the right or left foot?????

1.07.964.

But wow. Today I have driven on other tracks but I can nothing .... I can not drive other cars. That's the downside of TT's I think. In the beginning (not online) I could on each track rather nice drive but can not do it anymore.

I'm so used to one car that I equally am an amateur in another lol.

Thanks,Roman.
I guess 99.9% use the left foot.Kartstyle.When i started racing (1967)
ofcause everybody used the right foot to brake. The left one was only
used for the clutch. From a neurological point the right foot is more
sensitiv because he is based in the left side of the brain.I wonder if using
brake and gas at the same time which we do because we feel more grip
in the end is slower than to brake exact and short at the right point, because
we are forced to more finess. An exact answer could give the guy which build
the program of the game.Possible somebody of GT Planet has a connection.
Would be super.

Another tenth or so to 1:08.163 for 83rd. Can't see me getting a sub 1:08 though the way it's going.
As usual I found I do better chasing one of the top 10 drivers rather than my own ghost.
Have to have a crack at the other TT before it closes too. Maybe tomorrow.

Have given this one a try, lapped 0.1 seconds slower than my existing (Kossie's) tune! I now have 3 different tunes, and my lap time is almost identical whichever one I use.........

Definitely driver limitations on this one!

I just tried this tune again and I can not even get close to my time, this does not suit my driving style.

What about ballast ?

What about ballast ?

50+ or play a little with it. But + ballast is needs I think. Try it with no ballast but it take me down in the corners. With + ballast im faster. Maybe not for other players......

Do you mean that after all this time when I have been using your tune, you've been using somebody else's?

Yes, If they use me not share the tune I'm not share the tune. Sorry

If he had said: give it away. I had given him to everybody right.

Not my fold:P
The tune i give you i use that in the beginning. Not a bad tune also.

''change 1 3 for 1 7
downforce 150 325''

Yes this helps me to.

try :

1-3
1-3 also

can help.

with lsd....
8-9
25-45(this helps me the most)
5-5

Good luck!

Hey Kossie, I still like my tune I posted here 500PP 4WD Rally Car Super Lap: Eiger Nordwand Short Track I tried r1roman tune it just to loose for me, I am going to stick to my tune and I am going to put the rear Downforce down a bit so I can get more speed on the straights and btw my username was hall90 but it is fordlaser777 now.

Current standing....

Best positioning I've obtained in a TT. Prior to this was 1420 with the recent 620 PP Nascar TT.

Thanks go to @Otaliema, @Kossie, @hall90 (fordlaser777) and @Strachi for posting their tunes and general setup advice.

and :gtpflag:

👍👍👍
Awesome job sir. Keep at it and you will surly get faster.

I'd be interested to see the tunes of the top 10 all posted in order. I bet most are fairly different.

From all the testing I've done, it seems like once you have the right car, your close on the tune, your driving and practice time make the biggest difference.

The fine tuning and going from 1,5-6,2 on the shocks to 1,4-5,3 on the shocks isn't going to be a magical difference.

It's much more about wasted time sliding sideways, braking points, accelerating with minimal wheel spin(throttle control) but not bogging the engine... In other words, practice.

Does it only seem that way to me?
