Did a 1:12.956 in a spirra prototype I know can do better I will use a different car

I've shaved 2 seconds
Problably won't get close to TRL_Agro's time since he achieved the lap time with a GSX but for 231st in the rankings isn't too bad :)

Routine Gold with M3 '07. This will be a GSX sausage - fest of course but many other cars can do well here. This is my 70 second test track for dialling in a tune as it has all the elements in a little over a minute.

Admittedly I did go for the GSX-R for a straight out gold (108.6), but that said, I should think so many other cars are capable of the same, if not better, time than this. Gotta go, got a busy morning ahead of me now.....
 
Hats off to those of you not using the Suzuki GSX-R/4 fantasy car. 👍

I love when we have 500PP events. It allows me to use my 1974 Lamborghini Countach LP400 Replica setup from @Ridox2JZGTE. I used the "Full Fuel" setup (499PP) and I used the lower ride height (94/94) with stock spring rate. I crashed my first two laps and then squeaked by with a Gold time (1:11.253) on my 3rd lap - my first clean run. There is definitely more time left out on the track with this beauty.
 
I though i own one, I refuse to use the GSX/R, so much of an easy way out. So did a 1:10.2xx in my Lamborghini Miura with a random twitchy setup. Will look for a good solid setup and try to go for 1:09's maybe 1:08's

@SVPSkins I feel the same way. I also used the Miura to easily gold the event with an 1:07.690. I will post the setup I used but I'm not a tuner.

Good time :cheers:, and you are just in front of me on my friends list and I will have another go tomorrow with the Mazda RX500 '70.
 
I used the Nissan Skyline GT-R V spec II NÜR (R34) '02, for an easy gold 1:10.845

I did the event again with the gixxer too see how much faster it goes.

I had fun with the skyline, one redlap and the second was gold. Fun event, too bad it only pays once.
 
@hall90 I like the Mazda RX500 quite a bit & its fun to drive. 👍

I'm kind of curious how it compares to the Lambo, may try it out tomorrow if I don't get too wrapped working on my time for the WRS time trail.

Thank so much for the setup. I'll give a go now =D and I'm also going to buy the RX500 just to see. I did have one once but i sold it but looks like its making a return. I also need to using my wheel in seasonals.
 
I used the KTM X-Bow standard here, no tune except power to 500PP. It wasn't the fastest lap, but I got gold and had a lot of fun in the corners. The X-bow loves to turn quickly :)
 
Took a few laps to hit 1:11:255 with the Tamora. Used a Priano Speed Six tune tweaked for the Tamora and my style, DS3 with fps control freaks.20150806_212204.jpg
 
Shaved my time down last night to a 1:09.2xx using the NSX-R LM Prototype. I am less than a tenth slower than the top of my friends list and he is driving the gixxer.

Can I break into the 1:06's without resorting to the Suzuki?

Yes you can
(Im on 1:08.015 with the Dino, top of my friends list are the GSX's on 1:05.xxx and 1:06.xxx)
