Thanks for sharing mate. 👍

if my TS030 does'nt work out...

How is possible to get 500PP from 615 in the TS030.?

If you B-spec or drive yourself Route X is faster but, Indianapolis has no banking and the car just drives around bumping the wall all by itself if you set you DS3 up correctly.
I dont think there is an event where you can B-spec the car... the longest B-spec allowed event is 24 minutes :(
I have set it up so it bumps around by itself, it does the entire lap in about 5:57, with an average speed of about 310 kmh (192.6mph). The problem with ssrx is that you have to set it to steer quite hard into the wall to avoid bouncing arond like a ping-pong ball in the corners, since indy does not have much banking you probably need less settering angle to make it work...
What did you manage to average on Indy? :)

first of all:
149mph (full left) 5.000 final
Will not work due to the current gearbox issue, try seting the final gear first, then the max speed, and lastly the individual gears, for best result.

Secondly, I'm pretty sure it'll be better to put on max ballast to get those few extra bhp. ;)

And finally, thanks for the tune. :) May I ask how much mileage you put on the car since the last oil change?

I'm not bothering with the gearbox tweaks with this bug. I set the final to 5.000 then move the slider over to full left (or maybe it's the slider then final). Tops out 6th gear just after the finish line.

I've done it both ways, the way I have it shows a better kg/hp number.

I've never changed the oil or did anything to the body. I have 4,354 miles (7007km) on it.

Cheers.

B-spec with the S races are tedious, Indy is slower (anywhere from 50 seconds to 1:12) but, there is next to no chance of the car crashing once it is set correctly. I think it is 6000km before it gets down enough to make it 500pp.

I'm at 1:22.384 and use both sticks.

80/80

149mph (full left) 5.000 final

8/8/5

50% power

525/545 downforce

167 kg ballast

500pp/249hp/1067kg
4.28kg/hp

Im not able to get the 500PP
After change 50% power and ballast 167KG I have 510PP and 1067 Kg
The closest is 507PP with ballast max (200KG)

Any idea???

Read the last few pages of this thread, you need dirty oil and your ps3 running for days.

Its bulletproof to work on SSRX aswell, I've been running for 19 hours now, and the laptimes are still within a few tenths of eachother. Howerver its now 7 seconds slower due to the power has started to drop.

I'm running with a race spec'ed setup for the suspension, LSD 60/5/60, minimum downforce ofcorse, CH tyres at the front, and RS tyres at the back, and TC at 10. thats it. :)

Edit:
I did exactly 6000km, and it took about 20 hours to get it, but finally the TS030 is down in power, and then got down to 1:21.396 after about 40 minutes of driving. It is faster than the S2000 for sure.

I also need to correct myself, @coryclifford , you where absolutely right, it seems the car really does'nt mind the lack of power at all. what it does mind is the extra weight, it only got faster the ligher it got.

But with the powerlimiter set at 50.0%, I was only able to get 250bhp and 173kg ballast, and since you got down to 249bhp and 167kg, there is more for me to grind.:( (My oil was flashing red, but the engine overhaul was only yellow and "begun to deteriorate" after 6000km (3728miles))

This leads to further questions: What is the limit, what is the lowest possible power output you can get from this car? and how far do you have to drive it to get it there?

Anyway, I also found that the car really did'nt mind huge ammount of downforce, despite the low power, I still found the fastest setup to be 600/780

Edit2:
here is the rest of the setup for those who are interested:

Suspension:
Ride height: 85/80
Spring rate: 14.20/15.40
Dampers compression: 2/2
Dampers extension: 2/2
Anti-roll bars: 6/7
Camber angle: 0.0/0.0
Toe angle: 0.00/0.00
Brake balance: 4/3

Transmisson:
Reset to default > Max speed 280kmh (173mph) > Set individual gears
1'st: 4.567
2'nd: 3.208
3'rd: 2.406
4'th: 2.055
5'th: 1.760
6'th: 1.505

Differential:
Initial torque: 5
Acceleration sensitivity: 10
Braking sensitivity: 5

Powerlimiter @50.0%
Ballast as low as it will allow you given your power output (depending on mileage), at 0% position.
DF: 600/780

Edit3:
I looked through the GT6 Oil, Engine, and High Mileage HP Deterioration Guide, and it seems the lowest possible power output will be achieved after 210 000km (130 488mi.).
Luckily, most part of the power loss will already be done after 15 300km (9 507mi.) and is probably the distance to aim for. 👍

Small improvement to 1:22.836 for pos # 80.

Might give GT_Rajman's tune a try.

Tried his tune but didn't suit me, think I tried one before and found the same thing.

I used 5th and 6th gear almost always. Changed gear at 6k

Tied with P20 actually

Alright, though I have zero desire to run his tune, or numbers. But you're telling me if I just happen to come to the same numbers he has, and post them, they're his?

No way, mate. They are not his personal property. Intellectual property maybe, but even then, no they're not.
Wow, that's insane.

They are his intellectual property, which is indistinguishable from personal property for any relevant purposes. But if you were to independently arrive at the same tune without seeing his, then you would not be guilty of infringement. But that ain't gonna happen.

Guess what, dude. We don't own words, but if we copy and republish them in the same order as a copyrighted author or songwriter, prepare to pay.

The odds of coming up with all numbers are worse than winning a lottery.

Since he's a nice guy who likes to help people, a simple credit or attribution is probably all he needs--not your trash talk.

How come PD doesn't own all these numbers we're using?

I share my numbers, and never ever has it crossed my mind they're my numbers to own. Dude.

Really?

Think about it--there are only 26 letters in the English alphabet--yet people own their written thoughts.

Websters only defines a few hundred thousand words, yet they own none of the sentences, paragraphs, or volumes of works created by others who use those words.

Think about it--if you can.

Using your logic, PD should own the copyrights for every article GTP wrote about GT6. Do you understand why they can't?

Perhaps Microsoft should own the rights to every novel written on Word.

Hello!

A question about this:
How is it possible that you can go with the Toyota hybrid, while not even 3000 km to your PSN account you have?
Andromeda 1.jpg Andromeda.jpg
Is there a trick?

I had my very long (> 6000 km) leave off until he came to less than 500 LP. :boggled:

Otherwise, very good time from you. 👍

I have been a 1:21.645 achieved with a little air. But what the Japanese go forward there's almost unbelievable.

I grind it out in "free run" accessed form the garage, and obviously the game does'nt record that distance towards that particular page. It still shows up at my status page. 👍
