787B Runs in F1

I could win the first race at midfield raceway in Formula Gt with a 787B only tuned with Super Hard Tyres and an oil change(680hp). Qualifications with medium tyres. I think this car can win the championship! 💡

THe first race at Midifeld is actually quite easy in the 787b. In fact, with a bit of hunting, you'll find that more than a handful of people have done it. Some in the Toyota GT-One, some in the R390, and others in the 787b.

There was even a rumor that one of Ze Germans had managed a series win in the Tommy Kaira ZZII. Which is the only car in the game, with out a number on its side, that can enter the F1 series.

I've been able to win (sweep) the series with the R390 and GT-One; pit strategy (T2 tires) is a must. The 787b, even with full mods, is just a bit underpowered to sweep the series, but you can win it on points...Seattle is tough, as is the GVS race.

I've heard of folks attempting it with a full modded Zonda Race, but don't know the rsults and haven't attempted it myself.

I would point out that it is easier for an NTSC-er to do the F1 races in a non-F1 than it is for a PAL-er to do it. The NTSC-er can do it without the best F1, a F/094s, in the field whereas a PAL-er always has the P001, F/094s equivalent, to race against.

I'm sure I heard that somewhere. I obviously don't have first hand experience of it.

I've never even done the FGT champs......

I tried it with ZZII, but they blew me away. I'm not quite sure what tire compound you need to win it when you are using a non F1 machine. If you use a compound that is harder than theirs, you'll have to pit less but you'll be slower. If you use a softer compound, you can keep up but you'll have to pit more. It's a real brainbuster for me.

I asked Bobkart at GT3Times as I was sure it was him that I heard it from, and he says it is possible to get an AI F/094s less field. He uses that tactic when he's driving the Denso & ZZII.

no that was with a hybrid 2000 hp ZZII, and that was the 2nd time i encountred it so i was just messing around and seeing if i could find the behavir again, except this time my capture card was working

THe gameshark has been known to create weird AI instances. This is a prime example. I've seen invisible AI, supersonic AI, and perverted replays.

Yes, GTP censors certain words, and even in a link, it'll censor it.
