NOBODY CARES!!! Now, tell Nakajima that you've got his wife kidnapped and that he must catch up if he wants to see her again.

Wait, someone married that guy?

No 45 Boutsen Ginion Oreca - Nissan - in gravel at 1st chicane - local yellow flag

Because it's really common sense.
If you have a car closing in +25 mph faster than you, you don't move and risk a confusing double move moment.
You stay in the same position, and the faster driver goes around.

Have you ever seen this type of racing?
They even do this in NASCAR

sadly the delta wing wont be coming back out i asked there press officer

@Lilo_Lil hearing rumours #nissandeltawing might be coming back out. any truth in these?

@The_RaceworX No official word on that - our latest info is the #NissanDeltaWing is retired. Looking for that source as we speak.. #LM24

UPDATE: Speculation that the #NissanDeltaWing is due to return is false. #LM24

I'm going nowhere.

this is the link posted to the LM blu flag rules.

Blue flag: A faster competitor is about to overtake.

There are no other specifications.

Who say faster drivers have to find their way through slower cars post some official links instead of trolling with bold characters.

Dude. Do you even drive a real car in real life?

How do you overtake a normal car, in a public road? On a moterway or a dual carriageway?

Why, you move out onto a different lane to overtake them!

Wow, you take a different line, that ISN'T a racing line!

Also, on normal, single laned roads, you also move out onto the DANGEROUS side of the road to overtake them.

Because you are travelling FASTER than the slow-ass geezer in the other car.

This is the SAME thing that is being used in this endurance racing and OTHER series.

It is only in F1 (and DTM as someone pointed out) that slower drivers are FORCED to slow down and go off the racing line. All the other racing series, the slower cars are warned of a faster car, which means they make smooth adjustments to their lines if required and allow the faster cars, to overtake them off the racing line.

You have to remember, these cars can have a speed difference of over 50+mph. In corners. That's insane to comprehend it to most average people.

Dude, you're just totally being completely anal for no apparent reason apart from attention. Just cut it out and just watch the god-damn race in peace.

Concerning the Nissan Deltawing:

The timeboard is somewhat broken, atleast here http://thomasbaekdal.com/mini-sites/lemans2012/.
Some cars appear to be still in the race eventhough they are definitely NOT.

The Deltawing retired from the race, as stated by Highcroft Racing:

Also Michael Krumm one of the driver's was interviewed by Radio LeMans about the if the car can be repaired due to it is not part of any of the groups/categories that are currently racing. He said - paraphrasing here - "he does not know if they are allowed to, but thinks it's worth investigating!".

Shortly after this interview the A.C.O officially said, that the Deltawing is not allowed to be repaired due to regulations.
I can't provide a source to this, due to the live stream is not archived as of yet.

tl;dr

I'm sorry for those guys who rooted for the Deltawing, but it is definitely out of the race. Unfortunately we won't see it's full potential over the whole distance.

Well I don't know, but I'm quite sure Satoshi Motoyama is eager to show him some love...

You had me worried there, last thing I want him to do is breed.

I see the #24 Oak is in in the garage. Anyone know why?

They need to take the floor off. That's what the mechanics are shouting.

Btw, too bad we have very little onboard shots of the racing right now.

I'm leaving shortly. What position is the AF-Waltrip car in?

Aw, crap. We never did get to see it drive at night, either. Oh well.

You know the track is wide enough for more than one car.
In fact, several drivers even took advantage of that!

You know it's not a good idea not braking when leading cars are battling each other.
Yeah. Make the speed difference between the two cars even greater. Brilliant idea!

Can we have some advanced notice about how you will change your argument next? Always help to be prepared.

Man, I love the way the lights on the Ferrari look. Like little Ferrari Jedi, green and blue!

:lol::lol::lol:

Yeaaaaaaah, well, he isn't much of a looker, is he?. In all seriousness I want Toyota to recover the lost time. Or else, what will keep me awake at night?

Well, crap. That's not what the majority of us wanted to hear really. Too bad.

Any live trackers up nd running?
Baekdal and FIA WEC live is stuck at lap 108 / 121 for the leading #1 Audi

Anyone else having this problem or just me?

There's audi onboard stream and corvette. Not sure if the lmp2 stream is still on I was watching earlier, but check in the OP.

vette in the stream is in a battle with a ferrari.
