We have to look at every option. Garage 56 is for mad experimental things. Period.Yes, I'm sure racing cars will make us run out of fuel. And no one knows how long we can run on fuel.
Also, I'm not saying that the powertrain of cars should never chance. But electrical engines aren't the answer, and certainly aren't necessary.
Motorsport can easily evolve without ZEOD's.
You DO realise that the world is gonna eventually expend its fuel sources right? The only reason we have fuels en masse is due to oil/gas, and electrical energy, in part comes from oil/gas. Electrical energy is a much more efficient form of these fuels, meaning less waste as opposed to oil/gas. Developments in technology, in motorsport, is largely going hand in hand with mass production. If the efficiency of this technology is developed, then production cars become more efficient in the consumption of fuels, which helps us not bleed out finite resources dry as quickly. In short, advancements ARE adding something AND fixing problems, on a WORLDY scale....The drama is a large part of why racing is exciting, and the sound is a large part of the drama.
We could replace the drivers with AI for the sake of evolveing the sport, but the sport would be worse off for it.
Advancements in technology should be done 'cause they add something or fix actual problems. They shouldn't be done just for the sake of advancements.
So, 99% their fault?
It's a DeltaWing with a different engine. That concept got beat to death last year.Do you want motorsport to evolve, like it always has done, or die off?
Nobody cares about what it looks like anymore, it's what makes it go that's special. It's a DeltaWing with a different engine. That concept got beat to death last year.

Mardenborough in the Ligier.50/50. The Ferrari should've checked the mirrors but the LMP2 driver (what car was it?) just went for the overtake without considering the consequences.
Wouldn't be surprised if so.Did I just see 350 km/h on the Audi stream when the #2 and #3 where fighting?

GT Academy doing a sterling job, I see.Mardenborough in the Ligier.
