With Restrictors, this isn't even their final form.
Well it sure made me think why my car struggles to produce 290 hp after reving to 7,500 RPMs. haha.

What actually happened to the 908 hybrid after Peugeot stepped down? Were they just put in a museum somewhere, never having raced?

Maybe it has something to do with cost? I imagine the cost of building and running a hybrid car is more expensive than the "normal" Prototypes of 2011 and earlier.
It's weird to me cus Audi is still doing it. Though I honestly think that what ever number the competition brings Audi is going to one up. Like how they rolled up with 4 a couple years ago because they new Peugeot was going to bring 3. Seems like Audi just has a different level of dedication, God knows they pay for more crashed cars than any of the teams.

Anyone know if the Audi R18 headlights that turn red and blue mean anything?
I think it's something to do with car identification between #1, #2 & #3. The colours are red, blue and green if I remember correctly (I don't which goes to which car though).

Actually there is a purpose technically. They are showcasing how the signals on their street cars work, where the same bulb has multiple colors.

No purpose, just for show.
That's what I thought.

I think I've seen the same car with red and blue lights

Car identification. Red is normally given to #1, blue to #
2 and white for #3.

That's what I know anyway.

Think is just the means for the teams and others to diffrentiate the cars from each others. Other teams use similar ways for identification, ie the Ferraris have the lit up A-pillars and the Porsche hybrids have those little lights on the top of the windshield.

EDIT: Tree'd:lol:

Corvette drop a lap.

The onboard footage from the #20 Porsche 919 looks pretty trippy with the camera shaking and causing funky light patterns.

I'm pretty sure I've seen different color lights on the same car.

The lead Corvette driven by Kevin Magnussen's dad has lost a lap because of pitstop problems (air jacks).

One of the Aston Martins spun out onto the gravel.

And AMR spins...

For once the car off is not a Ferrari.

*Not being rude or anything.

#13 Rebellion is out.

DEADMAU5 SPONSORSHIP ON THE ALPINE!

I WAS ROOTING FOR IT BEFORE BUT NOW! AHHHH THAT'S BRILLIANT

That might be a car problem they've had a lot in testing. Porsche has had a lot of trouble with major vibrating caused by the V4 engine.

To whomever may jinx Toyota:

I will come for you. I will find you, and I will kill you.

:nervous::nervous::nervous:

But I will intercept fate and stop it from doing anything to our glorious Toyota!

Anyone knew that there's a 16 year old in this race? He's driving the #42 right now
