88 Premium Supra no headlight animation

Has anyone else noticed that from cockpit view the headlights are not animated but from 3rd person they are?

Are their anymore premiums that do this?

Ever been in an A70 Supra? The curvature of the hood and distance the lights raise isn't viewable from within the driver's seat of the real car either, unless you're tall enough/seat is positioned poorly enough that your head is touching the roof.
