Send a message when the room goes up, I'll be doing some NASCAR at SSRX. EDIT: Or I would if the room wasn't already full before I got there <_<.

The new DLC is quality but I'm not buying track. I just bought the cars. They look amazing and the beetle has a well nice look to it and great sound. The new track will be perfect for dirty NASCAR. We'll have to do one later. Send me a message when lobbys open.

Hey guys, I am going to be late tonight, about 845. I am not saying what happened in my enduro ???

How long does the DLC take to download??

About half a second :sly:, you're just downloading a 100kb activation key for each bit of DLC, as the content was in 2.03. Once you've bought the track and/or cars in the store, go to the DLC button on the GT5 main menu and install them in there, and then you'll be good to go. 👍

Thanks for testing. I think Im going to give up testing for the moment. The bug is just happening to me a lot. I had no brakes one lap at Monza, then they return, then go. I struggled with power in Monaco. I cant practice really because its use-less data. Really annoying. Cars do seemed more equal now, but how berty and pagey are 3/2 seconds a lap quicker at Monaco just makes me

Just hoping this bug will be fixed within the month

+1 to that!:yuck:👍

I have to mention that I think tyre wear ahould go off until the bug is fixed, this would mean that all cars would be subjected to 480bhp and the usual 1010kg until tyre wear can be turned on again.
I wont do this without a majority of people agreeing but it helps in a big way with the bug apparently and it would only be a temporary measure. Let me know your thoughts please.

Thats fine by me 👍
But in the rooms tonight i experienced minimal lag, no more than before the bug appeared, personally no bug problems and it all seemed relatively fine. Only one disconnect the whole night and one bug problem...........is it a miracle?!? :dopey:

It could be  PD

I think we should get this thing going without tyre wear until something comes up in the news about a bug fix!

Okay mang, good plan mang, no worries mang, looking forward to the first race mang....................mang

We will see what the others say mang, hopefully they will agree, I prefer it when there are points on offer :D

Same here :D
And is it just me, or does Joe sound EXACTLY like Mark Selby?

Could be worse if he sounded like Ding you would never hear him:sly: BTW com on Ronnie!!:dopey:

Has any testing been carried out with tyre wear off dont want any anti Alfa moans hehe:scared:

I saw Ali carter last month he was having an X ray at our local hospital as he lives near here.
I was going to ask for his autograph but he was a knob.. On his phone talking to his agent biggin himself up talking about getting a new M3 for all to hear, bear in mind we was in a waiting room.
And he was picking his nose lol.
Come on the rocket!

I wouldnt mind no tire wear, but if think the regs would need to be seriously re-thought, because the Alfas were running away at monza and monaco, and they would have done at nurb 24h too if Pagey wasnt held up at the start by quite a bit after accidently sending wordup off. And with no tire wear, which is "meant" to make up the difference in times between the Merc and Alfas, which after last night I dont think really works, but either way it will mean the Merc will have no advantage at all, especially seen as were starting at two tracks where it understeers horribly.

Tyre wear news is a shame imo thought it was a major factor in evening things out oh well needs must. Alot of guess work going on which is a shame still dont think we can be 100% confidant everythings balanced with whats going on.

I did read that, im not completely blind :D but do you think that -10kg for the Merc and Alfa and -20bhp for the Alfa and Cally will be enough? Just doesnt seem like very much thats all.

Spurgey- Its a natural reaction to fight your cars corner mate, as we all do but we have to get it right. The first race will go ahead this coming wednesday, if there is no news on a bug fix we will run tyre wear off and go for it at 480bhp and 1020kg. Its important not to let this championship sit dormant for too long. Results will be analysed from there (finish positions) and adjustments made accordingly. We will keep it flexible for the first season and will know excactly what settings we need to set in stone for the rest of the seasons 👍
