Well here is my list if I won the lottery :D

Jaguar XJ220
Jaguar E-Type
Alfa Romeo brera 3.2 V6 (I think that's the right model)
Land rover defender
Porsche 911 turbo, or the GT3 RS, I can't decide.
BMW Z4 '12
Mini cooper sport '97
Mitsubishi evo 6
Ferrari 458 Italia
And simply because its possibly the greatest car of our generation the bugatti Vernon supersport.

I could go on and on but I will spare you all :D

Yeah you got me, it should of course be the veyron but the Bugatti Vernon SuperSport sounds much better

I enjoyed the racing last night, had some good clean battles in both races.:)

With regard to the issue with the cars. I don't find the Merc easy to drive, in fact I go as far as to say I hate it! I class myself as a middle the road driver, don't have the time to practice / develope the car like others. I just like to settle on a setup that I can drive rather than feeling like I'm sitting on the wrong side of the car with no wheel to hold! :dunce:

My fellow Merc drivers have worked hard on getting good setups that are worth 2-3 seconds a lap for their driving styles and level of ability. If one driver in particular was to put the same level of time and effort into the cally or alfa we would all be complaining cause he would be 2-3 seconds quicker!:dopey: Personally I'm never gonna get the Merc to drive like I want it to! :scared:

Do we need to settle on a standard for the cars, do a season then level it up after the different tracks have been taken into account? 💡

Spurgy you told me not to mention it but I'm going to :D
The first time round in division 2 the mercs were awesome at SSR5 and trial mountain. You won both races, I only won SSR5 out of shear luck, Joe should have taken the top spot. And I think Joe won at trial mountain.

You were quicker than me at TM, but starting last with the reverse grid really messed up your race. I caught Brett going into the final chicane before the last lap, knocked him wide, let him back through, then passed him through the tunnel for the win.

Pagey, I think you would need a triple roll over to get all of those cars :D I personally would get some Astons and more Ferraris, maybe more Bugattis, that tuned down F1 car you can buy etc. But that would need a lot of money :D

knelly- what audi do you have, A3???

Pagey- Bugatti Vernon  credit to you for not editing it.
My list
Audi R8 Spider (on the pull)
Ferrari 458 Italia (show off car)
Volkswagen Toe-rag (powerful deisel +1000lbs torque :D, long journeys and towing)
Vauxhall VX220T with all the trimmings (+300bhp weekend chuckaround car)
135 M-sport (family saloon)
Bugatti Veyron (investment in case I lost my fortune)
Alfa romeo Brera (because its got a beautiful bum)
Zonda R (for the missus)
Eagle Jaguar E type (for going to garden parties with a hamper on the back)
Ariel Atom V8 (for track days :D)

Mike- Good you had a decent race, should be even better next week with the AWD cars losing a tiny bit of performance 👍

Joe- I think tyre wear (and your skill) had a lot to do with your victory, exciting finish :D

Sory for not showing up yesterday but I felt not good.
=> now I have a cold and am ****** up (headache, dry throat and a runny (??) nose).

Well I tested the specs at the tracks for the cars and after that me thought: Did Brett test them ?? (I´m sure you did)
Because the Benz was 1 -2 Seconds slower than the ALFA/CALLY (for me).

I hope we get them specs right even if the BUG isn´t fixed.

JB- She hates all that Jordan/chavvy type crap. Its her favourite car so not bad for a runaround, I only let her drive to the shops anyway  (not really in case she sees this)

Sakery- We did test mate but I didnt get the Merc right. Next week the AWD cars get equal weight and 10 bhp less and we will see how it goes. Merc will stay at 1020kg. AWD at 1060kg. All at 483bhp.
I did wonder where you were, show up next week we had some great racing!

Sorry for being an utter turnip about the yesterdays race, I get quite stressy when my races go horribly wrong, I was just very annoyed as you can imagine after having won the race before D: but hopefully we will get it right eventually, anyone up for some fun races later? :D

Spurgey- 👍 we will get it right soon. I am not starting my 24 hour race this week so ill be on later for some mixed racing and short TC races. You need to get spa soon mate.

SM- Lets just say it was 100million.

You should change the picture slighty by putting some googly eyes on it :D And im testing the cars all with my magic SSR5 setup right now, times atm after a couple of laps in each - Cally, 1.21.621 - Alfa, 1.22.2XX - Merc, 1.22.565, but I think the Alfa and Merc will be able to close the gap slightly on the Cally after some more laps because theyre harder to control and get a good lap with :) This is all with the new settings of course, oh and the Merc is slightly down on power, havent changed the oil, but its only by like 10bhp.

Good research, not much in it at those settings. We will run around tonight for a bit of fun, dont forget to change your oil or you will get another turnip picture

Changing the oil now :D I suggest that tonight we should test at some AWD favouring tracks such as Nurb GP/D and Laguna as well as SSR5 and TM, sound good? :)

So the Alfa/Vauxhall will need to join the track first prior to race start button being pressed followed by Mercs for weight checks?:)

Yes, the room will be set to 1060kg and the AWD cars will go and start quali then one of the merc drivers will set to 1020kg and enter (or is it the other way around )

Got ya, and yes im not sure its one or tuther.:dunce:

No sneaky return to the lobby then AWD peeps.:sly:

After further testing: Cally, still a 1.21.621 btw im running at 1040kg, does that need to go up to 1060? Or are we just using its default weight, plus I keep messing up my laps so it could go a tenth or two faster - Alfa 1.21.719 - Merc 1.22.057. So its closer than last race thankfully. And dont forget to take into account that this track is meant to favour the Merc. :)

How did you get the Cally down to 1040kg?????????? I am intruiged!

JB- I cant remember but ill test it tonight.

Oh for gods sake! If this is true then I will have to change the settings (which apparently makes peoples heads explode )... Judas priest!

I am in the mood to kill, I must go and attack a passing English tourist to make myself feel better :D
