Well you can if you want to be a reserve? Its only while easy9 is away on holiday. When he gets back you would be back on cover.

i must look its verry difficult to get the alfa next week i know then that i get it or not when not i take the mercedes as reserve.
What is with the opel??

Ok tony, thats cool. Its a race between you and ray to get the Alfa first.
You can drive the mercedes until easy is back 👍

I might not make the Spa race -_- (NOOOOOOOOOO ARGHHHH !!!)

But I´m kinda prepared for the Deeep Forrest Race (although I couldn´t find that Track and tested at Deep Forrest xDDDD).
1:13.4-1:14low for a stint if everything is fine (with corner cutting Turn 4).
Without cutting I´m 1 second slower.
=> I will be the only one who doesn´t cut and all others get a huge penalty => I win *muahahahaha*

==> Q: Is it allowed to cut that Turn ??
If yes 👍 If no 👍

(I just want to be sure)

Brett usually allows it, and he allowed concrete cutting at GVS so Ive been cutting it too :) Ive done a 1.13.0 so far, but havent tuned there yet, I know, Im late again but dont worry. I have the tune for Spa though! :D Did a 1.20.548 first lap out with it, its as good as I can get it :( Close enough I suppose, could be worse.

Haha Sakery :D Deeep forest is similar to deep forest so you will be ok! I have decided that the concrete at turn 4 is a kerb so you can put all four wheels on it. Shame you cant make spa :(
I am going to lose badly at both these tracks but its ok, I have too much going on to practice for everything :D

Did a 2.21.309 at Spa in my Merc, but a 2.19.347 in the Alfa and a 2.19.744 in the Cally :( At DFR I only tested the Merc and did a 1.13.187 :) Can go quicker though, only did a couple of laps :D

Damm. Best for me out the Alfa so far at Spa is a 2:23.9xx

Dont listen to these turnips young knelly. I never lap as fast as them in practice but manage come in the top 5 most of the time. Use your start to your advantage :D

Really looking forward to Spa tonight :D STILL not looked into tightening up the rear diff though...... Perhaps TC should be allowed, as I only want 1 click of it, and I'm sure others would be greatful ;) :) hehe :) :)

Might try and get some practice done later today, but if I dont get the en-suite painted then it will be qually tonight that I try to look into my problem.........

COME ON THE CALIBRA'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, look where that got me at Rome last week :scared:

OMG, I must have blocked out my memory how much of a b!tch Deeeeeeep Forest Raceway is,

Deep forest is fantastic, if tuning and practising was banned I could get 2nd but as it isnt I reckon 5th tonight

I am sorry but I dont think we do mate. If your looking for some racing the only thing I can offer you is the enduro's on a saturday night but they are a bit long. I am full up here :(

It's my Turnip and go series LOL

If Immortal is joining us tonight, we are screwed. How many points for 2nd place again?...

Immortal is coming next week, and hes in a Merc so I dont think any amount of practice will make him fast in that as long as Team Cally and Alfa have good setups :D

Just did a little bit of practice. Hit high 2:21's at Spa and mid 1:14's at Deep Forest. I was practicing at Spa with the Deep forest setup by mistake, so I'll try again there.

Theres not too much difference between them, but your times are definitely good! :) Spa im doing mid-late 2.20s and DFR im doing mid 1.12s

For me, the first half of Spa was a lot of fighting and mistakes, with my average lap being about 2:27. I pitted a lap early from second to last and gained places back slowly after that. I didn't think I tapped Knelly, as I hadn't felt a touch. He then span and I presumed it was a mistake of his own rather than me. Had a good battle with 2 Calibras at the end.

I would have been fighting with Sakery for second at Deep Forest if I hadn't span off the curb at the last corner and slid sideways into the end of the pit wall (end of lap 5 if you want to laugh at it). At the start I drove through the smoke of the 4 Calibra pile-up and just hoped to not get hit.

Cheers ellis, I needed it
I was a bit peed off at being so unlucky in the 2nd race, people were spinning off all over the place! You people need some driving lessons
On the other hand I did enjoy racing in a field of evenly matched cars so happy days I guess.
Ill review the replay and update the OP tomorrow, I got a job interview tomorrow so need an early night, cheers guys 👍

4 Calibra pile up, how embarrassing

Spa was a bit ugly for me. Massive frame rate drop and then I was hit from all angles in the first corner. After that I hit a few people and missed a few braking point. In general it was just a poor first few laps. The last 3 laps were fun as I caught up to Joe and the other Calibra whose name I forget. Tried to pass Joe on the straight after Eau Rouge but it wasn't to be. After that I just concentrated on holding the other Calibra off to finish disappointingly well down the field.

Deep Forest on the other hand was excellent. Lot of overtakes and spins which didn't involve me :D. Thought I'd finish in 4th or 5th but after others had spins/crashes I ended up in second with a few laps to go. Cracked under the pressure and surrendered second back to Sakery and with a lap to go I had to hold off Wordup. Side by side at times that was very close and I'm chuffed to get 3rd. Probably the most enjoyable race I've had in this series. 👍

Shame Im couldn't save the replay as the lobby then froze. :ouch:

the other calibra was myself (squeekimus).

really enjoyed spa, although i got hit at the beginning, i was really taking to the track and the car, as it was my first time with the car and the track (only downloaded it last night!)

had some good little battles holding off and trying to catch up but my tyres were shot towards the end and had to make up for it with power oversteer, but it caught me out on the final s bend and i spun :( gutted!

Deep Forest........ we wont even go there!

There was definatley some good racing to be had and I was happy with Spa, Deep forest should have been better for me though, I expect the points will be quite interesting after tonight. I cant get back to the PS3 but if anyone wants to post the results here I can update the points before bed.

Spa was awesome for me, qualified pole and stayed in the lead for the whole race, didnt see another car, got a bit boring towards then end but i cant complain :D

Deeeeeep forest was just awful. I normally love this track but just after the first corner i accidentally spun mike out :( sorry!! So i waited for him and i was in last place.
I came through the pack and was in 4th, then i spun on the long left hander and i was back in 9th. I pulled away but was only doing 50 on the back straight and brett was coming up behind me, i had no idea which way to go so i decided to go right as the racing line for me is on the left but he went right as well, i caught him slightly and he clipped the wall, but he didnt lose any positions and lost 1 second at the most so no one lost out 👍
I came through the pack again got into 3rd, and was stuck behind a calibra, i was going a second a lap slower than normal but i just couldnt pull off a pass. I was getting very frustrated and dipped a wheel on the grass and spun out.....again. I then caused a pile up as my car was sideways across the track, sorry guys!!
In the end i finished in 5th (i think)
