Race 1, t1, i was sliding out put m1 into the gravel, so i stopped and waited for him, and from there on i just kept making dumb errors. By the final chicane on lap 4 i was about 40 secs down so just parked up.

Race 2, lap.2 the car was just undriveable and randomly fishtailing under braking - no reason for it to either.

Really i need to practice more and take it from there

Enjoyed the racing tonight, had a really close battle with sakery at monza. And at nurburg wordup and mines pace was very equal, along with everyone else.
The last 4 places were separated by 2 seconds at NB

I think youll find it was actually 2 seconds Had a good race, won the first race after having a great battle with Tyrrel, and then at nurb, battled with him again in the first half of the race for 3rd place, but shortly after the pitstop he was last for some reason? Must have gone off somewhere. But anyway, after that had a go at catching Pagey but my tyres went off so cruised home in 3rd

I had a good nights racing really enjoyed it! 👍

Race 1, Was running 5th until my pit crew let me down and I ended up behind M1 and a little mistake lost me ground and I was unable to catch back up! Finished 6th.

Race 2, Had a good battle with M1 and Sakery. Finally took M1 on last bend and used the 4wd traction to nose ahead to finish 4th!

Well Done Pagey on the Championship Win!

I have updated the leaderboards. I have removed everyones 2 poorest results (unless they missed a 2 races anyway).

How do I choose third place! I dont keep enough stats to check back on race wins etc.

Good racing. Very surprised at Monza with the Cally's pace considering the other Vauxhalls weren't doing so well. Broke from the pack with Spurgey and I tried bump drafting him so as we would be guaranteed a 1-2 and away from Pagey and Sakery. Was going well until he started weaving on the straight and I nearly ended up knocking him into the pit entry barrier. Would've been fun trying to explain that. Pitted on lap 7 but after a poor outlap I was out of his draft and had to escape from an increasingly closer Alfa. Nevertheless after some half a second quicker than qualifying laps I held on for second and joint? third in the championship .

Race 2 was not so good. After a frantic first lap in which I amazed myself with a save on the back straight, I slowly fell back until Spurgey was right behind. Then I pitted late coming out just in front of him again but he retook third. Full of confidence from my lap 1 save I started throwing the car around in the corners a bit which backfired in the first corner where I span and fell back to last which was where I would stay after missing the braking point for the chicane and overshooting the awkward right hander which makes the shorter version of the track. I feel pretty stupid now as I could easily have had 4th and won 3rd overall easily.

Good season overall, congrats Pagey 👍. Don't know how you started in Division 2 with pace like that, very quick.

Yeah this is my only series mate, I thought joining a race series would help make me a better driver/racer etc, but it doesnt seem to have worked, if anything I feel less confident now, and thats after 2 series in the D-Max BTCC series, and 1 here with you guys. I just dont feel that I have what it takes to be in a competitive series.

At the end of the day its up to you Dave, but you proved at Nurburgring that you have what it takes but you got disconnected halfway through.
If i were you i would do season 2 and see how things go 👍
Do what you can to improve your connection as thats been a problem, may i suggest the weather dance to please the gods, and they shall reward you with clear skies and light winds

At the Nurb I didnt prove anything mate. I was trying hard to keep up with Wordup, and trying to keep whoever was behind me from passing, which eventually ended with me pushing too hard into corners, and going from 1st to near last in 2laps!

As for my internet, my upgrade to a better wifi setup will be available on the 8th, I'm hoping it improves my connection full stop haha.

I can give you mine but its not really been worked on much just an educated guess

Great Job Pagey although you where champion before the last events (theoretical you could have lost it but...).

Qualy: 2nd 1:38.938 0.4-0.5 behind Spurgy but that was ok.
Race best lap from me: 1:38.558 is my fastest legal lap here.

Start: Oh boy I hate them AWD´s. From 2nd to 6th to 4th (Start till first chicane).
It was the best online laps I ever had. 7 Laps of pure perfection although we slowed us down and so lost Spurgy and Tyrrell out of sight.
But if anybody could load a pic of our Pitentry it would sum-up those 7 laps.
For those who didn´t saw it or wheren´t there: We entered the pits side-by-side and pagey leading 1 or 2 inches.
After the pit we had a gap till lap 12 where I almost ruined it. Drafting and using the same Brakeing spot = no good
After that I couldn´t get near him again => I deserved not to be on Podium.
Anyway Monza was superb and if anybody could upload the replay from my or Pageys view it would be great stuff to watch.

Nürb:
Didn´t test here that much => mistake

Was a great race butI slightly touched Joe and I slowed down for him to recover. He "gave up" 2 corners later though. Sorry again.
=> 11 second gap after Lap 1 and nobody wanted to do me a favour and spin

I closed up to Mike and m1 before the first pit but was 17 seconds behind the leaders.
After Pit I had a great battle with them mentioned ones.
I could beat them but I didn´t. Tyrrell joined us at the last 3 laps so it was a bunch of 4 doing great stuff on Track.
Although it turned out to be a bit too late I loved both races I hope you did too.

I´m looking forward to Season 2. A forced Car change would be great *joke*
