That wouldn't matter. If anything people who'd normally use all of their brain power to draw a dick now can't because it's too hard.
 
I posted this over in the Livery Editor thread in the Suggestions Forum:

Even if they just made a basic Livery editor, i.e. race number for all cars & a few sponsors stickers, I'd be more happy with that.

All they have to do is install the dongbuster app and it will automatically kick whoever draws a dong on their car

These are Japanese developers, and they are noted as artists. I could take a guess and say they don't appreciate the tampering of their work. But that's just a thought that can be a possibility.

I'm 99.9% sure that Kaz said something to that effect in an interview from December or January. He said something about wanting to maintain the quality of the cars, and that PD were uneasy about letting everyone put whatever they wanted on them (oh god no, someone might lower the aesthetics of the Suzuki Alto Works) :crazy:
