Is it possible to have multiple saved games at one time? I all of a sudden have the urge to start a new game but I don't want delete my old one. I can't figure out how.

yes that really sux ... still .. I have two savegame's on one card - on for NTSC and one for PAL.

There's an idea! Go and get your PS2 chipped and have one NTSC and one PAL game.

yes but sadly, you must drive everything twice . That is the downside. Well, since GT4 is being late, it is not that bad .

And for info - mj NTSC GT3 is a cd-r rip. It's playable and all, but PAL original is better. Plus I am not comfortable with mph.

You can buy a GameShark 2, it allows you to "zip" your gamesave and store it for later. I have 3 saves on 2 memory cards, my first game is archived in the second game's zip file. There's no been loss between zipping and unzipping them back and forth a few times just to test the multiple saves out.

It's about US$24 for a new memory card, an absurd amount, but worth the money to have a back-up card...just in case.

pupik took the words from my mouth. Get a gameshark 2 instead of a memory card. Then you can swap your game save right into the computer instead. 👍 Then you can have multiple game saves. 👍
EDIT: Also with the Gameshark 2 you can do hybrids and build cars that you want in GT3 and probably GT4.
