It takes about 30 seconds to get one car and get back to the UCD (not using SSD).
So with 1081 cars it'd take 540,5 minutes just to get in and out of UCD for me. :/
Not counting those that I've bought a second time.

The fact that you get kicked out per purchase is ridiculous. You should be able to highlight all the cars you want (that you can afford) then click a 'buy' button. They could then give you a list of the paints that you have received. Simple.

As for the rest, apart from the dozens of almost identical versions of various Japanese cars, it's all pretty cool, imo. It was a great feeling FINALLY getting that car you had waited ages for. Made me appreciate the car more...

With the amount of level and birthday tickets available, the UCD doesn't really have to be watched for your favorite cars anymore. Takes a bit of the fun out of seeing what cars pop up but it's a LOT less frustrating.

I agree I think money is to easy to get in gt5 compared to the later games! I don't like that I can get 500,000 credits for a 5 lap race I wanna work for it

I think it works, apart from kicking you out when you've bought a car. The best thing is looking through and finding oddities or specials that you would never go looking for in a dealership.

Imagine how tedious it would be going into individual manufacturers to look through a all the cars: Nissan would be mindless.

We forget now money is so easy to come by, that GT has always been about getting that second hand car and making the absolute most of it. Doing the Clubman races to get that power upgrade...scraping enough cash to get your next car...

This is a major PITA.

I did it! Very slow to go through the dealerships spending money on cheap cars when you have 20 000 000 in the bank and wan to go racing on the Challenges where big money is to be won and why waste it by not spending the credits?

Allowing you to tag several cars and then pay would make the game a lot easier on the temper! The way it works now is like going to Tecso for your monthly shopping and finding yourself back home every time the cashier scans an item.

I deal with it, don't care for it and do not see the purpose. It certainly is not realistic in any way, ever pick up a copy of Hemmings Motor News? You can buy just about anything ever made at any time as long as you have the $. It is a real pain when something comes up online and I do not have the car and it is not in the ucd 👎
