:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

I ****ed up the title to the thread :O what a tosser I am :p

I'll try and get a Mod to edit my stupidity :dunce:

:)Excellent turn-out in the previous race.....congrats to the fastest three, but also credit goes to all who fought really hard to get the speed out of the car they chose.

Now, I'm really on unfamiliar ground because Rally is a part of this game where I am a complete newbie. I'll give it my best, but I know I'll be eating a lot of dirt. "....with a little sugar for flavor, it might not be so bad.

UB57: Are we going to stick together in this one too?....Hey, nice run for an 'Old Man'!;)

ZerOh: Nice run my friend.....Looks like you had it figured out.:)

Actually pardner... 👍Nice Run!!! Team Old Skool 4th??? Not in my wildest dreams:tup::D

i think i've only run this track for my arcade requirement in rally. i don't think i ever ran on it otherwise :embarrassed:

Hi Mr. P

Where is the precise end of the "asphalt" roadway
The white Line, or the asphalt-edge ?

Would this to be good

This is something I am glad you asked Werner and look forward to the response.

My opinion is this little gem is still on the track... My replay has one just like that in it and bein' a newbie I've wondered:confused:

The warm up I drived without overshoot the white Line, but in this 2 Lap race it can be to spare frustration .

Sorry, I cant translate the word bein'

Two wheels on the asphalt or rumble strip at all times. At least, that's what I think ... (:

hell no. smokey and all the rally tracks (excluding the wet tracks which are purely street tracks), have only one rule: no touching of walls (including the invisible kind).

That example would be legal Werner 👍

just dont touch any walls and your run is valid

Guess that is what living in international South Dakota will do to your thought processes when communicating:lol:

Yo Werner :D you are using the Arcade car of your choice this week ... right??

I haven't run any here yet , but it has been brought to my attention that your sectors are blazin 👍 just to be sure it is an Arcade drive this week:cool:

Cheers

I have 13.8 and 32.9 on my first lap and those are pretty decent ... even with the fastest car I can think of I can't get far below 13.7 and and still in the 32s for T2. So if you've got the right car, Werner, those are certainly fast sectors!

I've heard of these invisible walls but I don't think I've ever hit one,are there any on this track?

I'm by no means the expert here but when I read MaxE's post I interpreted it to mean like the hedges, outcroppings and trees and such along the side of the track as you travel around. Some of the outcroppings may even protrude further than they actually appear on screen.

On this track for example: As you exit the "V" shape concrete canyon and make the turn to the right to go down the hill, the outcropping you pass by on that corner or the one on your left at the bottom of the hill may stick out a little further than it appears.

Least ways, that is what I thought he meant. Aren't actually walls but your car "bumps" off them.

T2s 33.3
27.3
I found this in the weekly race -week 23:
"I have noticed that the texturing, on some of the walls, is a bit sloppy. I've watched replays, where I bounce off an invisible obstacle and it makes me wonder. How I can call a wall touch when there is clearly no visible contact? Funky."
