Just one question, do you want a video of a 500pp win or a 480pp win?
Classy
@WhoosierGirl I want to see you "owned" the Mountain...don't care about 500pp or 480pp etc etc etc....just want to see video of some good racecraft.

I will use this car! Thank you!Used a Lamborghini Murciélago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce '09 for the win here, a very nice ride tuned to 600pp, I do enjoy driving it.
Had a few penalties from grazing the walls a couple of times but no major incidents, I didn't see any crazy driving or off-road antics from the AI either.
The problem is that there is no way to tell if any aids are in play and why they need to be removed from the game.Yea, it is here for all to read. And yes, I asked for proof, so what. I can guarantee that if I made such a claim, you guys would be all over me to provide proof. Furthermore, I don't need you scolding me on what's rude and inappropriate. I only asked for proof of a claim, a claim I am finding hard to believe. Its not the first time someone asked for proof of something around here.
Hi Morgoth, the real challenge is to make sure you get out of their way
Check your mirrors and make sure you don't get rammed.
I haven't had any problems with any of the opponents in any of these A spec seasonals.
Its all about awareness and putting yourself in a position to not get rammed
The opponents act and behave more like real players than you probably think.💡
Have you never misjudged a corner and overshot it?Have you never rammed into an opponent when they are in front of you ?
Have you never pushed too hard and spun out?
I know I have done all of these things
That's what makes it so much fun in my humble opinion 👍

Not sure that really sounds like much fun, dodging missiles launched from behind me. Ok it does hold a certain amount of entertainment value(I have done it, I do use my mirrors, and it comes in handy in online races now and then), but I prefer to focus on driving the car and if possible actually racing. I just don't feel it to be a worthwhile usage of my time. There are better/easier ways to make money, and other things that are much more fun for me.
I do overshoot corners(sometimes quite badly) and I do accidentally ram opponents(particularly GT AI cars whose pace I never get used to) and I do spin out. I just don't generally do these things 4 times in 5 laps. The worst GT5 online rooms I was in were never as hilarious as some of the races I saw at Suzuka and Spa... at least not after the first corner.
Don't let me stop you having fun, I just don't think that I enjoy doing what theseracesevents ask me to do anymore.
I would say the Lady is owed an apology.

MT of course hehe@Mcabro
AT or MT?
If they would just give us grid starts, the whole rubber-banding AI wouldn't be needed
I re-ran the race in the AMG VGT, and I can't believe how much more cornering grip the car has compared with my M3 Coupe, for the same tyres and damn near exact same suspension settings.
@Jbaffoh
every lap I've driven at Bathurst it stutters from the point when you exit "The Dipper" until the slight right hander before Forests Elbow, either online or offline. Made worse with more cars in frame.
The PS3 must just have nothing left to give with the high-def track, premium cars, etc
still waiting to see evidence of all these unfair penalties some seem to be whining about.
no vids, no details of car/settings, no nothing...
Did you try it yet in the car you wanted me to tune for you?

I raced in the SCCA for 32 years and now I like the hilarious racing with the AI cars. PD hit it out of the ballpark with GT6 on that front. Not sure that really sounds like much fun, dodging missiles launched from behind me. Going to go and get me a Scirocco R. Sounds like lot's of fun.It would appear that the competition within the thread about the Mount Panorama seasonal is more intense than the in-game race itself. It will be interesting to see how this proceeds.
As for the seasonal, I ran it first time with Thorin Cain's tune for Honda NSX-R Prototype LM Road Car. I do enjoy trying several cars. However, I don't think I would have ever thought to try a Scirocco R. I imagine I will get dusted off the course with that one, but you know, we all will have to try it now!
Same here and many times....LOL!In regards to those ramming posts, I've actually just bumped gently into cars, gotten a 5 sec. ramming penalty, then on the last lap of the 600pp race, I literally got rammed into the sandtrap on the last turn before the finish, the AI received no penalty, and I had to do the race all over again. Frustrating.

If you get a penalty, try looking at the replay using the replay and/or exterior camera.
You might find that from a 3rd person perspective, you were actually at fault. Or you might not.
If I receive a contentious penalty, I always check the lap and go to that point in the replay. The above examples are the ones where I still thought the penalty was unfair after viewing the replay.
I also had one on this seasonal for "colliding with a barrier". The only reason there was such a collision was due to the parked Corvette in the middle of Griffins Bend, and the Ford GT going around that. There was no room left for me and no time to stop. The resulting collision with the Corvette led to my car glancing off and into the barrier. This seemed a tad unfair to me, but also unavoidable.
