Took me two tries to beat the Zonda with the 22B. But it was SO much fun. The car just loves low grip. Quite similar experience can be had with Lancer Evo V GSR.

For anyone that is still struggling with this track, I suggest you use the ZZII '00. I'll post my Praiano/Exeter/Me mish-mash tune below. It's capable of 1:35.xx laps.
Try to win it using Ferrari F40 that we used it at Apricot Hill time trial. Not a hero but very satisfying..
As was mentioned above, the only changes you can make are to the brake balance. I set mine to 3/1. I also added 30 kg of ballast at position 50 to get it down to 550 PP after an oil change.
I beat it with ft-1 graphite. With mine I used oil change and power turned down a tick to make 550, also beat it with power at 100% and the minimum amount of ballast to drop it to 550 all the way in the back. I don't think I reinforced chassis.
I think that's the only tuning that can be done iirc. I don't think you can adjust anything, maybe brake bias is adjustable.

The Subaru is a winner. 4WD make it really easier in this seasonal. I feel a bit like a cheater using some of them...

Yeah, about that 4WD being easy.. What the # just happened?!?

I just tried this car for fun. Turns out it is very fast and surprisingly easy to drive even on a track as technical as this.
I'd tried it. Lasted about half a lap before giving up, having lost it on nearly every corner. This was using Stotty's tune which was magnificent at Apricot Hill. It didn't feel quite as at home here. You deserve a medal if you managed to get it round five laps and didn't come last.
My question still stands: Has anybody won this race consistently with NO driving aids at all?

So, what you're saying is that I need to find a field being led by the Buick Special.Four wide while driving the Pagani Huayra '11! Luckily... I had an extremely slow field, thanks to the Buick Special holding everybody up, which allowed me to win with a pathetically slow, total time of 9:14.844.

Great to hear it works well on other tracks 👍 need to get these races my self been busy IRL.So I tried my MP4-12C again and it just wasn't looking like it was going to cut it. I broke down and decided to use @Otaliema's ZZII tune from the recent Deep Forest Raceway seasonal. I turned the final drive to like 3.600, took off all the ballast, and tuned the HP down to get it to 550 PP. Driver aids were TC1, ABS1, AT, and suggested line.
It still took me two and a half attempts, but I managed to make the pass on Lap 5:

And I wasn't the only one to pass that Aston, given the final results:

I'm forced to conclude that a.) the One-77 was holding the other AI drivers back and b.) they all started driving like idiots after I passed them, because I have no idea how I put a 5.3 second gap between me and second place from that turn on lap 5 to the finish. Very odd, but I'll take it.
With the ZZII, my best lap (lap 3) was a 1:41.351, some 3 or 4 seconds faster than I was getting with the MP4-12C tune I was using, I think.
I'd like to make one more observation: the gap between 4th and 5th place is rather large, but the gap between 6th and 7th and between 11th and 12th is ridiculous. Polyphony can't even match up their own AI drivers' cars for competitive racing.(Though, in their defense, it'd be harder to make a competitive field if they're trying to give drivers of various skill levels the ability to place in a variety of positions and if all the cars are stock.)
I saved the replay so I think I'm going to go back through it to see what the heck they did to end up so far behind me. I'd already seen that the Murciélago was going by the Aston before I rounded the next corner, but I was still shocked to see the Aston end up in 6th, 12 seconds back!@RobertM525 from the times it looks like the Aston might have hit the wall at the bottom of the hill causing chaos and even allowing the Vette to catch up. I can't remember the car I used, but the AI do drive like morons especially on tracks that have unique twist and turns. This one being the tight chicane and the 🤬 at the bottom of the hill.👍
