Ability to apply driver numbers to the Shelby Daytona Coupe '64 and the Ferrari 250 GTO

You can put a number on your car. Like a sticker.

If that's what you're suggesting.
Sorry i mean like on some cars (example like the Shelby Daytona coupe) i cant put a driver number on it for a strange reason.
 
Yes but you cannot put the number in race cars and not even in standard cars. If this feature should be for Premium cars, then this feature should be for Race cars and Standard cars too!

Yes - there are some strange exceptions - some cars are premium and have no number and cannot have a number added e.g. Renault 8 Gordini and Art Morrison Corvette, some cars are premium and have a blank white space for a number, but no number and no way of fitting a number e.g. Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe, some cars are premium and have a number, but you can't change it such as Ferrari 250 GTO, Ferrari 330 P4 and Ford Mark 4 - looks a bit silly when you are racing those cars and everyone has the same number!

We want to be able to fit a number or change a number on all premium cars PD!

And I want to be able to fit a number and change the number on all standard cars. PD, do it, please!
