Nice case, very silent. I was actually looking to buy that case myself. Motherboard is alright. The graphics are onboard though so you might want to upgrade it. He says he doesn't need it but you will eventually. Not sure what you are going to do with that system but your system just runs much nicer with one. Plus your motherboard won't be so 'busy' all the time. And it looks cool Can't say anything about the Ballistix, I use Geil's. SSD is always a plus. Power supply is good enough for what it's used for. I guess 700,- is okay, but try to get it for cheaper..

It will be used primarily for photo editing and the odd game like CS or something unless I get a wheel

It's not that bad. It's an Asus so it should work. You can edit your stuff and play some CS on it, but not BF3 etc. And if you decide you want a graphics card, you can plug it onto that motherboard so you won't have to buy a new one.
