I don't know about you guys, but I'm very patiently waiting for them to add the MiG-31. It irks me everytime I see the AI flying them. I want my favorite plane! :(

They'll probably add it with a wave of new parts since we're still missing quite a few. I personally cant't wait until theu go pass the captain ranked planes into op major rank planrs fuahahahahaha! One example is butterfly masters plane
 
Actually on the note of op planes I bet the ast variation plane, or last plane period, added to the game is the mobius F22 anr everyone is going to spend hundreds if it ends up in a tournament especially if it comes with a mobius emblem.
 
After two days of solid sorties I've finally managed to buy the F15E. Me like it very much. It's such a shame that I have to get it to level 7 to use 4AGM's.

I'm famous :gtpflag:. Nice find! I actually remember that match and the ones before. There's actually a funny back story which lead up to those matches (hence the title 'Avenge Comona!'). He was pretty good. In fact, he was the first person that made me switch from HVAAs to QAAMs because my missiles simply were not connecting. I was expecting the video to be humiliating but I didn't do too bad :lol:.

I know how you feel my friend. I'm in the same boat. The only plane I'm really waiting for right now is the YF-23 (my favourite real-life plane).
 
Few more matches from last night. Also took the liberty to record the sorties using outside view.





The first one was alright where I just missed out on MVP because I really wanted to gun that circle-jerking F-35B instead of going for points at the end.

Second one was epic. You'll just have to watch the whole video to see what I mean :D.

After all that grinding and buying the Elite pack, i'd like to announce the T50 is now in my arsenal, soon to replace my F14 Tomcat!

Gone are the days where F14 was the master race. Now it's all about my glorious solo wing pixy :P. I've got an F15S at lv6, ADFX-01 lv3, and F22 lv3.

The F15S is ridiculously good at taking out ground targets since mine has 22 LAGMs.Theres also the the ADFX reaching lv4 soon ;] I might even replace the F15S with it.

Hey all just started playing Ace Combat Infinity a few days ago,
(Lvl 2 F16 & F-14 Tomcat)
I'm loving how much it feels like Ace Combat 5 The unsung war!
(One of the PS2's finest games IMHO)

Anyhow, I've seen the "ads" showing the archangel plane (Rafael?), as a limited time drop. But how do you earn it? Is it just random or can I do something to increase my odds?

Thanks for the help, I look forward to meeting you all in battle!
(Very briefly though, as my F-16 seemingly spontaneously combusts at the sight of a Raptor or purple Tomcat..:)

Just by curiosity, how many fuel units have you spent on this?

Collected over 55 stocked fuel. Combined with 6 supplied fuel per day, I can say I did well over 80+ sorties. Kind of sad though because I missed my target by a mere 15 ranks (approx. one sortie). So yeah it's quite disheartening because now I'm fuel-less and I have neither Schnee nor Galm emblems.

Firstly, welcome to Ace Combat Infinity, fellow ace. Glad to have you. & to answer your question, you receive that plane simply by completing sorties. It's completely random after each match, so you can obtain it after your next mission or after your 20th, even 50th. And it looks like a great plane, so just hope you get as fortunate as @mistapanther here and score it in the earlies.

Well, this is why I decided not to try this one. Too much fuel and time required, and not sure you will get what you want.

I'm not sure the Mig-31 would do too well considering it turns like a brick and 6AAMs are as accurate on a moving target as an extremist with an AK-47.

It will have S+ Speed and thrust for sure though.

I got that skin yesterday on my first sortie. So yes, it is available as a random item drop.
But I would have preferred to get the Rafale instead, I don't care about skins. :irked:

Yeah I did think about that. I really do enjoy my mobility. Also I would definitely switch out those 6AAM, they truly are awful. :lol:

Bobert you know exactly what's gonna happen at B7R. Michael Bay explosions everywhere and allies constantly raving about you even though the enemies we face are complete scrubs.

And when Camilla says "Ribbon" I really hope it's Mobius 1 shooting down her scrub plane.

It's most likely camila refering ti you, reaper, since after mission5 your using the reaper (ribbons) emblem
 
I think Kacper Cohen has a fetish for making his AI flight programs sound like Schoolgirls. Makes me think he's not only a terrorist warlord, but also a Pedophile.:crazy:

EDIT: Recently, i've been hosting or joining my friend's lobbies, and no one joins! Is anyone else having to suffer from Scamco's tyranny?

Are you sure the lobby was "open"?
It happened to me a couple of times. Nobody was joining, then I checked and realized the lobby was open to friends only. I made it public and it got filled in a couple of minutes.
