FYI, I just moved your post here to its own thread. Anyway, this a very strange problem... Is this FTD ad the only one that displays that way? When was the last time you saw it?

It happened about 15 minutes before the one I have there. It's just that particular ad, it shows up about 1 out of every 75 pages I load. I don't know if it's GTP doing it or if it's because I'm using Google Chrome.

EDIT: Here's another picture of it, just happened at 10:08 PM.

Hmmm, well, I admit that my hands are a bit tied at the moment. If you are using Chrome, I would hazard a guess that the code that is delivering that ad was not properly tested with Chrome's Javascript rendering engine. Just to clarify, it doesn't look like the ad in your second screenshot is the same specific banner in the first one you posted (the ad for FTD flowers?).
