That's only with the wings and like it's been said before it helps with high speeds but then again there are a few cars that benefit from it at 1/4 mile.

If you play cirquits there are faster but only for that.
In drag aero is good depend on the car and where is the motion of wheels
In RWD&AWD rear aero is good but only for high power cars.
In FWD front aero is the best and the only that matters!!!
