The weather is crazy. Here in CT we are at 90F, and just a couple of days ago we were at 60F. I hope those rainy days return. Even worse I am almost heat absorber...I am barbecuing my arse on the chair.

It has been really foggy in California, we had a thread about it recently...
Much better now. Fairly sunny; I think it is about 103 outside.

It's 97 here and tomorrow we're expected to break our record for the 26th of 100. With a heat index expected to break 110. Oh joy.

Strange, in Miami it's actually been sort of cool, with the occasional, non-suprising humidity...

We have had a few lovely nights here.

Celsius pretty much 0wnz0rz it, bloody Americans.

We can all agree on one thing - converting either one is a pain in the ass.

So who cares?

Yup. 👍 This is the kind of weather I love. :)

it's worse in MA. Today we broke 95!
Are you nuts? That is awesome weather!

Am I the only one here who detests the cold?

It's been a little hot here, not too bad. High 80s, breaking 90 once or twice a day for no more than an hour at a time, but it's mad humid. How I love air conditioning.

Yeah, there must be a lot of liquid that isn't water in there. If you catch my drift. Pun intended.
The pun on drift? Or were you speaking of the word penis in your avatar?

no 90 F....it feels really good....the outside temp is like 110 and we have a waterfall that can cool down the pool....and no there is no Pee in there if that is what you are saying.....we have this stuff where the water turns purple if someone pee's....no idea how it works.....

Phoenix has had a break the last few days, staying under 100 f, 30 c. But today it's back up to 105 f, 40.5 c. Average for the dead of Summer is 110 f, 43 c. But I have seen it go up to 116 f 47 c. And I've heard of it getting up to 121 f, 49 c.

But it's a dry heat. Which really matters. Our heat index can actually be below the real temperature. When I lived in Chicago and it got to 110 with 100% relative humidity people were dying.

Everyone should use Kelvin.

Exactly, although we'd have to explain to the rest of the kiddies a whole new system. (not that Kelvin is complex in the least.)

It says Pents. And yes, the pun on drift.

It's 89F here in Maine, but it's going to cool down considerably to the high 70s for the rest of the week and into next week.
