What the heck is wrong with some of you guys? Airsoft guns aren't exactly liquid gold. Heck, if you can afford a PS2, you can get an original Marui here in Asia, no problem.

My point exactly. My collection (including the DEagle) comes to less than US$800 and they're mostly Marui.

I have a few friends from the Philippines here. I knew a girl with quite a collection herself back in her home in the Phillippines. They were the real thing too. Something oddly alluring about a girl with an automatic that she calls her 'boyfriend'!

People there not nice? You guys can't have it any worse off than Seoul... the weather, I'll have to disagree with... my buds have been stuck doing night games for the past month because it's scorching here right now.

Well since he can obviously supply us with a recent picture of his Deagle, he could take the 10 seconds to take one with the sign.
 
I really like Hong Kong shopping, its the best for techy stuff, my PS3 is coming from there hopefully this summer. Hope its region free! As for the guns they look sweet but I don't really need one, im not all into that stuff.
 
Guess I never did post pictures of my new M4...

I removed the laser, and somehow broke the flashlight. Also, the RIS Foregrip is gone because I don't like it. The only thing left is the Aimpoint scope and the handguards + silencer. I think it looks cleaner and more "special-ops" this way anyways.

Daang, nice collection there. Tell me, does the silencer actually do anything? And are your pistols electric or spring, because they look awesome (if they're electric.)

Haha, didn't think so, my brother's friend had a spring MP5 with a "silencer"; just made it easier to see him.

And ok, thought at least 1 was spring.

Guys, the orange tips are to keep you from getting shot by the po-po. Keep the tips on, and obey any super-authoratative voices telling you to lay down your weapons.:scared:
In a lot of places in the US it is illegal to run about the neighborhood with an Airsoft gun shooting at each other. (see first line) It scares moms in kitchens, looking out the window. In the certain parts of the US, they may send dad out with his Glock/S&W/Colt to make sure the Airsofters aren't dangerous.

As for finding Airsoft equipment, we have a Cabela's here. In the short time I was there, (wife had a different agenda) I saw quite a selection of what appeared to be pretty good quality spring and green-gas guns.

We certainly don't shoot at each other! that's 1000+ fps! (feet per second) I'm planning to buy it because I have a pest issue with squirrels and even raccoons sneaking inside my attic. And they've cause a mess with the central air conditioner tubes that are between the ceiling of the attic and the outside roof. We've tried everything, from traps to venom, but they are smart enough i guess. We have also sealed the hole in the roof they made to get inside, but they reopened again!!

So yeah, this is my last resort. And to tell you the truth, I've never been into any type of guns, but my friend owns an airsoft rifle, and It's pretty sweet I tell ya... So If I get this, maybe we'll head upstate and try out our aim at cans, bottles and stuff.

So...you think it's a decent rifle? :)
 
Well, in terms of being a pest repellent its freacking incredible!

That is a sweet rifle. The laser sight's pretty badass. :D

I've killed a squirrel with a 720 fps rifle, when I was a kid. For no good reason, just felt like it. Only animal I've ever killed(that I know of)........... ANYWAY, it took me three shots to kill it, so I don't know if 1000 fps is enough to kill coons. You might have to go for the headshot, I don't know.

P.S. I just hope that squirrel I killed wasn't a mother squirrel.[/complex]
 
I'm looking for a Thompson submachine airsoft gun with a drum magazine. Where is a good site to purchase one from?
 
No go for Big 5 or Wal Mart. Big 5 only had standard M4/M-16 type rifles and Wal Mart had Daisy air rifles and guns that didn't really look like real guns.

Is there a website anyone can recommend me?
 
I bought my Thompson M1A1 and it came just in time to use it as a Halloween prop. I purchased it from Kapowwe for $99 refurbished. It looks and feels so real that I fooled a whole lot of people (even with the orange tip). I also got some 6mm BBs at Wal Mart for $9. Right now, I'm looking for a 8.4v battery, since it was not included in the box. I'm looking at Airsoft Atlanta, has anyone purchased from them before?

Back at Christmas I got a KART M14 with an ACU stock:

Shoots around 300-350FPS, highly accurate (especially after cleaning), long battery life too. Ordered for $110 from Airsplat.com (Scope not included).

Taken with me on a few games and had generally good results, I can hit people fairly accurately and most of the time if I miss it's my fault :dunce:

I'm looking into getting an ACR/Masada Replica as my next purchase, or a Luger Replica for sidearm use.

Bumping an old thread. Hopes its ok.

I just bought a KART M14 EBR. All black. I'll post a pic later I haven't taken one yet. I'm hoping to put a red dot and grip on it eventually.
 
That's the same brand as I have, be sure to clean the barrel out, increases accuracy a ton.
Also, Might want to invest in an extra magazine if you haven't already, the one that came with my M14 originally has broken twice, and although it's an easy fix (just open it up and get everything back in place), it's quite annoying when your BB's aren't feeding mid-game :ouch:

Speaking of airsoft, I'm still playing a bit, haven't gotten any better at it though :D

It came with two mags. I seem to have to wind them up more than I thought I'd have to but they seem to be feeding ok otherwise. I'll still probably buy at least 2-3 more eventually. Red dot is first as I don't like the little peep sight that comes on it.
