control panel > edit options > change avatar > choose one/browse/link to one > submit modifacations

note: the avatar must be no bigger than 100 x 100 pixels and no bigger than 35840 bytes (about 35kb)

another note: because u are a new member there will be no browse/link to option yet and will have to choose an on site avatar
