Not an easy one to do, the picture is quite pixelated when you get close in on it?
Plus the red is too stark on it so went for something a little different. Anyway a few choices for you.
Image is now 192 x 144.

No not to many problems, Glad you like them.
They fit perfect on your profile page but with the size not being square it still cuts it down on any posts you make?
If you want it to look in an ok shape in your posts it will have to be this size. Its 192 x 192 but the background doesn,t show so the actual picture is slightly smaller?

Really quick edit. All have been reduced in size so they fit perfect on all posts you make. Enjoy.

Hope this looks better. @tlowr4 👍 Its in 192 x 192. Use it on your profile page and the new site software looks like it configures it down to 120 x 120 in all your posts in threads.
