All my cars habe gone

The other day I started a game on gt5 and everything has disappeared!!!!
No license, no cars, nothing!
It's like beginning from scratch can anyone please help me on similar experience Iam sooooo disappointed

I use to play once or twice a week and I am well advanced in the game all license and almost 60% of the game.

One morning I load up gt5 just as usual, and was really surprised he asked me to setup again my account. I configured everything and when I jumped into home screen there were just no more nothing nor cars nor licenses!

In case corrupted file I presume the ps3 would have warned me about hdd corrupted file and so on no?

Is it possible to have a backup from polyphony on their server?

No, you can make a backup yourself, from the GT5 data on your own PS3, onto a USB stick, I suggest you do that in the future. Sorry but there is nothing anybody can do here, not even Polyphony...

Same here m8,I have at least 2 or 3 back ups of the GT5 save data.
And always do a back up after grinding for lots of Cr or endurance races
Better safe than sorry.

Im sorry man, but if you login every day and borrowsome cars from your friends,youcan be lvl 30 in 1 week, and within 2 weeks you can have all gold licenses also, its not that hard! goodluck

I dont even know how to borrow cars. I was not a hard player but build pacely every single car and race in the game, that's why it is hard for me to admits.
Thats My fault.

Can so explain how to backup, I mean what file to copy on USB stick

If somebody is kind enough to lend me or give me his old useless car so that I can have a few dime to buy some decent cars that would be great also

To borrow cars, you simply send a friend request on PSN, the person you send to accepts it and adds you as a friend, and you can go look under their "Profile" and see what cars they have shared. Click on one of them, and you'll see that you can borrow it. Voila! - You're in their car, and you can run races with it and win money.

Absolutely - I've got the Chapparal 2J shared right now, so you can B-spec the La Sarthe event and pile up some credits to rebuild your garage, too.

Let me know if there's any other cars you'd like to share, and I'll put 'em up if I've got 'em (and I've almost certainly got 'em!).
