The codes for the chrome line and stealth model cars were only active or valid for a certain time. The chrome lines were in the ultimate edition GT5 and were only valid for a certain time. The stealth models were released for free for a certain time and are no longer valid.

It looks like the only way you could get them is to buy a cheap EU copy of the game so that the dlc works.

If you have an EU Account the codes are available both stealth & chromeline, but they are expensive. Look out for a guy who is selling them from a place called East Lothian in Scotland UK. I bought my chromeline codes from him, but I do believe they do run out @ the end of December. Good luck.
